The third round of the 2026 RBC Canadian Open gets underway on Saturday at TPC Toronto.

Ben James holds a one-stroke lead over the rest of the field at 10-under par. But, of course, the tournament remains wide open with two days remaining.

Here are my picks and RBC Canadian Open Round 3 best bets.

RBC Canadian Open Round 3 Best Bets

Sahith Theegala Top-20 (-150 at DraftKings)

After a blistering start to the tournament, Sahith Theegala slowed down a bit on Friday to enter the weekend T12 at 7-under par. Still, at -150, he is worth backing to maintain his position for the remainder of the tournament.

Putting is essential this week. The course is relatively easy, with fairways and greens both yielding above-average accuracy relative to PGA Tour standards, turning this event into a putting contest.

As a result, each of the top five finishers here last year ranked inside the top 16 in the field in strokes gained: putting.

No other strokes-gained category showed a similar trend.

That profile makes Theegala a strong option. Entering this week, he ranks in the 74th percentile on the PGA Tour in strokes gained: putting.

Harry Hall Top-20 (-146 at DraftKings)

Another golfer worth targeting in this market is Harry Hall, who is tied with Theegala at 7-under par following Friday's round.

You can't talk about putting without mentioning Hall, who is one of the best putters in the world. Entering this week, he ranks in the 95th percentile on the PGA Tour in strokes gained: putting.

With TPC Toronto favoring a “grip it and rip it” approach, most approach shots will come from wedge distances. Last year, 19.4% of approach shots came from the 125-150-yard range, and no other 25-yard grouping exceeded 15.1%.

Hall ranks in the 86th percentile on the PGA Tour in strokes gained: approach from 100-150 yards.
