If yesterday's XFINITY Series race at Martinsville Speedway was any indication, Sunday's Cup Series event could get wild.

With wins already this playoff round, Kyle Larson and Christopher Bell have advanced to next week's championship race at Phoenix, leaving six drivers vying for the final two spots in today's XFINITY 500 (2 p.m. ET, NBC).

William Byron is in good shape to earn one of those spots on points, leaving big names such as Ryan Blaney, Tyler Reddick, Denny Hamlin and Martin Truex Jr. likely jockeying for the lone remaining transfer position.

Considering a win today would mean an automatic berth for any of these drivers, it's not surprising to see Hamlin, Truex and Blaney, who are all very good here historically as well, atop the NASCAR odds board for Martinsville.

And because the racing could get aggressive, especially as the laps wind down, I'm pivoting to an under-the-radar top manufacturer bet at the very enticing price of 14-1 NASCAR odds.

NASCAR Pick for Martinsville

*NASCAR odds as of Sunday afternoon

Martinsville is a very tough track for young NASCAR drivers, but Bubba Wallace took to it very quickly.

In five Truck Series starts, Wallace posted finishes of fifth, first, second, first and 10th, showing just how well he can get around the truck dubbed "The Paperclip" when given quality equipment.

The 23XI Racing driver is in very good equipment now as well, which Wallace has piloted to ninth- and eighth-place finishes in his last two races at Martinsville.

In addition, the No. 23 Toyota unloaded with speed Saturday at Martinsville, showing plenty of pace in practice and running the sixth-fastest lap in qualifying.

Sure, Wallace has to beat five other Toyotas, including Hamlin and Truex, for this bet to cash, but that's reflected – and in my opinion, overly so – in the 14-1 price tag.

I believe Wallace can keep this car toward the front on his own, but should the racing get saucy up front between the other Toyotas beating and banging for their playoff lives, this low-risk, high-upside bet might just cash on attrition alone.

The bet: Bubba Wallace (+1400) for Top Toyota via bet365 & Caesars
