It’s true: the Grizzlies do not have a single win this season — regular or postseason — as a road underdog. They are 0-17 straight up and 2-15 against the spread when catching points away from home entering Friday’s Game 6 at the Lakers.
In fact, the trend traces all the back to the 2021-22 season.
The last time the Grizzlies won a game as a road underdog was Jan. 21, 2022, against the Nuggets — a span of 24 games.
