NBA Injury News

6 p.m. ET Update: Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Dennis Schroder will both officially start on Monday. Anthony Davis has also been cleared to play in the third straight game since returning from a calf injury.

Joel Embiid has been cleared to play Monday. Ben Simmons has been cleared to return to the lineup for the 76ers after missing the previous three games due to an illness. Tobias Harris will also suit up, but Danny Green has been ruled out.

Luka Doncic and Dorian Finney-Smith were upgraded from questionable to probable Monday. Kristaps Porzingis, Josh Richardson, and JJ Redick were downgraded from questionable to doubtful.

Russell Westbrook and Rui Hachimura have been cleared to play Monday on the second leg of a back-to-back. Robin Lopez suffered a sprained left ankle on Sunday, and is out.

Lou  Williams is dealing with flu-like symptoms and has been downgraded to out on Monday.

Collin Sexton will remain out Monday, as expected, as he continues to deal with a concussion. Matthew Dellavedova, Isaiah Hartenstein, and Lamar Stevens and Larry Nance Jr. are also sidelined. The Toronto Raptors have upgraded Rodney Hood from probable to available Monday but now list Gary Trent Jr. as out.

Jae Crowder and Dario Saric have been ruled out for Monday's game.

The Dallas Mavericks have listed Luka Doncic, Kristaps Porzingis, Josh Richardson, and Maxi Kleber as questionable ahead of Monday night's game against the Sacramento Kings. Doncic suffered an elbow injury Saturday night while Porzingis and Richardson sat out over the weekend. If all three are unable to suit up, Tim Hardaway Jr. and Jalen Brunson would see a minutes increase and usage bump.

The Los Angeles Lakers continue to list Anthony Davis as probable ahead of Monday's game as he works his way back to 100% from a strained calf. Davis saw his minutes ramp all the way back up to 28.3 minutes in Saturday's loss and appears to be a game or two away from being off his minutes limit.

Dennis Schroder is listed as questionable with a calf injury while Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Marc Gasol are probable.

Joel Embiid and Tobias Harris are listed questionable ahead of Monday's game while Ben Simmons remains out with an illness. Embiid was a late scratch right before Saturday's loss after previously being cleared to play, while Harris played in his second straight contest following a three-game absence. Mike Scott would get another start at center if Embiid can't go, while George Hill has settled in as the starting point guard in Simmons' place.

Trae Young is listed as doubtful after missing the past two games with a Grade 2 lateral ankle sprain for Young.
