Jalen Duren Under 12.5 Points

This year's lowest-scoring playoff series is nearing its end. The Detroit Pistons have evened up their series with the Orlando Magic with a Game 6 win and will look to advance to the second round of the 2026 NBA Playoffs at Little Caesars Arena on Sunday.

Detroit and Orlando are posting just 198.5 points per contest as a collective in the first round. The offensive struggles of both teams have led to key players falling well short of their regular-season scoring averages. No player's dropoff has been more drastic than Jalen Duren's, though.

Duren was nearly a walking 20-point double-double during the regular season, but his point production has been halved this postseason.

The fourth-year big man's scoring average has dropped from 19.5 to 9.8 since the end of the regular season, while his field goal percentage has plummeted from 65.0% to 52.3%. Orlando has also held him to four fewer shots per game (7.3) than he put up ahead of the playoffs.

Duren could snap out of his rut in Game 7, but the Magic have played spectacular team defense, and Wendell Carter Jr.'s rim protection has played a major role in neutralizing Duren's impact. All signs point to Duren falling short of 13 points in all seven of his first-round contests.

Pick: Jalen Duren Under 12.5 Points (-107)

Donovan Mitchell Over 25.5 Points

Legacies will be on the line in Sunday's Game 7 matchup between the Toronto Raptors and Cleveland Cavaliers.

James Harden has been notoriously bad in Game 7s. The Beard has combined for 16 points in his last two Game 7s and is bound to be slandered if he's a disappointment again with the Cavs. However, he has a teammate in Donovan Mitchell who regularly rises to the occasion when everything is on the line. That's what we'll focus on in this matchup.

Mitchell, who opened up this series by scoring 32 and 30 points, respectively, has averaged 19.5 points on 37.3% shooting in his previous four outings. That's uncharacteristic for one of the league's most consistent postseason scorers.

Mitchell boasts a career average of 28.1 points in elimination games. He's attempted at least 25 shots in his last five win-or-go-home contests and posted 32.8 points per game in those contests. Harden is a key contributor for Cleveland, but Mitchell remains the first option as the team's leading scorer.

Mitchell is averaging 23.3 points in the series so far despite his poor efficiency, and his elimination-game shot volume gives him a good chance to blow by that mark — especially if he hits four or more triples, like he already has three times in the first round.

This prop is more about banking on Mitchell's early and consistent aggression on a team where others might shy away from the moment. A poor shooting night under these circumstances would be an anomaly for the star guard.

Picks: Donovan Mitchell Over 25.5 Points (-110)
