Leading the league in assists by a landslide with 12.1 per game, Haliburton is one of the most exciting young players the league has to offer. Not only has he dished out 13 and 15 assists in his last two games, but Haliburton is also averaging 26.7 points and 8.5 rebounds per game. He is also shooting an impressive 56.8% from the field.
Haliburton recorded a triple-double in the quarterfinals matchup against the Celtics and followed that up with a 27-point, 15-assist performance against the Bucks. In this meaningful tournament, it has been impressive to see how much Haliburton has stepped up. That is going to be near impossible to do against the Pacers, who average a league-high 128.4 points, which is over six points higher than the next-closest team.
