The NFL season concludes on Sunday, Feb. 9, when the Seattle Seahawks take on the New England Patriots in Super Bowl 60 at Levi's Stadium. The Super Bowl kicks off at 6:30 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on NBC and Peacock.

Below, you can find my Seahawks vs Patriots anytime touchdown scorers for Super Bowl 60., which target Drake Maye, Jaxon Smith-Njigba and both teams' defense/special teams units.

Let's break down my NFL anytime touchdown picks for Super Bowl Sunday.

NFL Anytime Touchdown Scorers

Super Bowl Anytime TD Picks
Drake Maye Anytime Touchdown (+300)
Drake Maye 2+ TDs (+4000)
Jaxon Smith-Njigba First Touchdown (+650)
Defensive or Special Teams Score — Both Teams (+260)

The first anytime touchdown bet I locked in for Super Bowl 60 was on Patriots quarterback Drake Maye.

The second-year phenom has been an elite weapon scrambling out of the pocket for this Patriots offense — he scored in the AFC Championship game against the Broncos inside the five-yard line.

While I still love Maye to score a touchdown, his TD odds have started to steam down quite a bit as I was able to get +410 after the conclusion of Pats-Broncos and tracked it for my followers in the Action Network App. Since it’s the Super Bowl, I’d still be OK betting on Maye at +300 for an Anytime TD. It's the last game of the season and it’s fine in some instances to not be as price sensitive for TD props.

That said, if you didn’t get +350 or better, don’t go too crazy given that you no longer are getting the best price.

At this stage, the TD angle for Maye still showing value for me is to ladder his TD props and bet 2 TDs at +4000. The scrambling rate by Maye during the regular season was quite impressive since he led the NFL in total scrambles and ranked second in scrambles per game behind Patrick Mahomes.

I think Maye will see more scrambling opportunities in this game since the Seahawks' pass-rush ranked sixth in pressure rate per dropback while ranking bottom-five in blitz rate. Why that’s notable is 75% of all Maye’s scrambles this season came when he wasn’t blitzed and now he’s facing a team that doesn’t blitz a lot and ranked No.1 in defensive DVOA vs the pass.

If the Patriots get near the Seahawks' goalline and things get tight, it’s conceivable that Maye calls his own number to run to the endzone pylon or is used in tush-push scenarios to convert for a score.

As long as the Patriots aren’t up by 20+ points in the fourth quarter (seems unlikely), I think these Maye TD bets will be live all the way to the final whistle.

I wanted to take the safer approach with Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba and take him to score a First Half TD at +250 but at those odds, we’re not quite getting enough value. If you like Smith-Njigba to score a touchdown early like I do, then I think it makes more sense to bet on him to score the First TD.

Smith-Njigba is easily the best receiver in this game; while the Patriots have CB Christian Gonzalez, he has had some issues in coverage during the playoffs.

The Seahawks offense has been pretty predictable for the most part this year. They run the ball efficiently and if they can’t punch it in with RB Kenneth Walker, they target Smith-Njigba.

Smith-Njigba owns a 30% target share in the playoffs while also leading all WRs in target share per game (32.4%). He is the Seahawks' passing game.

The Patriots know this, but it doesn’t mean they can stop him — they ranked 31st in defensive DVOA vs. WR1s this season and now face arguably the most unguardable WR in the NFL.

Sam Darnold is going to target Smith-Njigba early and often, and with the Patriots' run defense being quite formidable with Milton Williams back on the defensive line, the Seahawks may not be able to punch in that early rushing TD from Walker, which leads me to believe the Darnold will default to what’s worked.

Now, if we lose this bet because Walker scores the early TD, I can live with that because he’s the favorite and the bell-cow rushing option for the Seahawks. But, if you’re dubious of Walker's scoring prospects against the Patriots like I am, then Smith-Njigba is the best option to score first in Super Bowl 60.

Defensive or Special Teams Score — Both Teams (+260)

This is an exclusive bet at bet365 for Super Bowl 60 under “Score Props,” where instead of choosing between either team to score a Defensive or Special Teams TD, you get both sides at +260.

This is a fun bet I make every year for the Super Bowl — with the Patriots and Seahawks, I have more optimism in recent years to hit this bet.

Now, I know some people will just look at the last 10 or 15 Super Bowls and try to lock in a trend, but these are completely different teams, defenses and special teams units so try not to weigh history as much when making this bet and focus on this matchup.

For starters, the Seahawks’ special teams unit has an elite returner in WR Rashid Shaheed; the Patriots could potentially use RB Treyveon Henderson over CB Marcus Jones to utilize the rookie’s explosiveness.

Patriots kick returner D’Ernest Johnson has been just ok for the Pats and with RB Rhamondre Stevenson more as the lead back, I expect the Patriots to find creative ways for Henderson to get on the field — like in the return game. And, for what it’s worth, the Seahawks and Patriots were only two of five NFL teams to have both a kick return TD and punt return TD during the regular season.

On defense, I think both of these teams are sneaky with scoring potential — via pick-six or fumble return TD — and that’s partially because of the quarterbacks.

I know we all love Drake Maye, but his turnover-worthy-play rate is nearly four times higher when seeing pressure on his dropbacks; the Seahawks ranked top-five in pressure during the regular season.

While Sam Darnold has been playing awesome football over the last month, it’s hard to erase the memories of when he didn't live up to the moment. He's made costly turnovers in big games before, and I’m banking on an opportunistic score by the Patriots, who almost scored a defensive TD in the AFC Championship Game on a Jarrett Stidham gaffe.
