The Las Vegas Aces are still chasing their first WNBA title in franchise history. Needless to say, they’re on the right track to cutting down the nets.
The Aces are favored to win the championship at every book through the first half of the season, ranging anywhere from even money to +115.
Las Vegas Aces Title Odds
The Aces are 13-4 entering the week and own the top win percentage (.765) in the WNBA. They’re a perfect 10-0 in conference and are spearheaded by a league-leading offensive rating (108.1).
Trailing the Aces in the second tier of contenders are the Sun and Sky — who are both priced between +350 and +400 — followed by the Storm, listed anywhere from +500 to +600 depending on the shop.
PointsBet’s biggest liability in the title market are the New York Liberty, who are +3500 at the shop. The second-biggest dent for the book are the Washington Mystics (+1600, fifth-shortest odds).
The Aces not only boast the top spot in the championship odds, but feature two of the top three MVP candidates.
A’ja Wilson is the consensus chalk at FanDuel (-110) and teammate Kelsey Plum, meanwhile, is third (+460).
The Aces are 9-8 against the spread this season. They’ve failed to cover in four straight, all as favorites of 8.5 or more.
Vegas is back in action Monday night against the Sparks. The Aces are laying 8.5 points on the road, with a total of 174.5.
