Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway will look much different than what we saw last weekend at Chicago.

One week ago, Cup Series cars were ripping through the streets of downtown Chicago.

Tonight they'll be driving in large packs around Atlanta Motor Speedway in the Quaker State 400 (7 p.m. ET, USA) and relying heavily on the draft to make speed.

And when it comes to pack racing in 2023, one notable driver stands out as the best performer at this style of track.

Joey Logano was already considered one of the top pack racers in the Cup Series and has proven that once again this season.

Over the three races at Daytona, Atlanta and Talladega in 2023, Logano has posted the best driver rating while leading the most laps.

The driver of the No. 22 Team Penske Ford also finished second in the Daytona 500 and won at Atlanta back in March, so it's clear that Logano has the speed and skill to maneuver his way to victory lane on Sunday night.

While Logano is listed among the favorites based on the latest NASCAR odds, I still think there's plenty of value getting down on his double-digit price tag even at a track as unpredictable as Atlanta.

As of the time of writing, Logano is essentially 10-1 at most sportsbooks.

However, shopping around for the best NASCAR odds does show this number at 11-1 at Caesars Sportsbook, which is enough for me to back arguably the best pack racer in the Cup Series right now.
