  • The 2023 NBA Playoffs are off and running and PrizePicks is coming along for the basketball postseason.
  • Check out the Heat vs. Bucks player prop that can be part of your Flex Play or Power Play options for Sunday's NBA games.
  • Tyler Schmidt breaks down his Jrue Holiday player prop below.

Want to add an extra edge to the NBA Playoffs? Check out PrizePicks. The app allows you to parlay NBA player props for real money in 30 states, including some states where online betting access remains unavailable.

A quick refresher if you aren’t familiar with PrizePicks: you can combine up to five different player squares to payout up to 10x your entry.

You can do a Flex Play or a Power Play. A Flex Play gives you lesser odds, but you can win money if you do not nail every pick. A Power Play is all-or-nothing.

Here’s how I would approach today’s slate in NBA Playoffs slate.

What is PrizePicks? A daily fantasy operator — meaning they’re available in more states (30) than sports betting is! — PrizePicks offers a unique opportunity for action on player props in which you parlay two or more plays together.

Anthony Davis Over 13.5 Rebounds

The Lakers have won 10 of their last 12 games as Anthony Davis has been on an absolute mission. In his last five games, Davis is averaging a massive double-double with 18.4 points and most importantly 14.8 rebounds per game. His rebounding upside is through the roof in this matchup as the Grizzlies are without Steven Adams and Brandon Clarke. If Jaren Jackson Jr. gets into foul trouble, which he is known to do, Davis is going to feast in this spot.

Adams led the Grizzlies with 11.5 rebounds per game, but since he was injured on Jan. 22, the Grizzlies rank 25th in the league in Rebounding Percentage at 48.1%. Davis will have the size advantage against anyone the Grizzlies throw at him and he will dominate the glass. Overall this season, Davis is averaging a career-high 12.5 rebounds per game. Oddsmakers have the over on this Davis rebound prop juiced to -130 . I would take this over up to 14 rebounds.

Jrue Holiday Over 16.5 Points

Jrue Holiday reaching 17 or more points feels very achievable based on how well he has played recently and his recent playoff performances. Coming into the postseason, Holiday has averaged 21.3 points per game in his last three games while shooting 55.1% from the field and 44.4% from behind the arc. When looking at his last three years in the playoffs, Holiday has averaged 23.7, 17.3, and 19.1 points per game which is consistently over this points prop.

Khris Middleton may be healthy, but Holiday has been playing too well to ignore. He will also benefit from the Heat being one of the best interior defensive teams in the league. They rank second in fewest points allowed in the paint with 46.2 per game, which may lead to more perimeter shots. In his four games against the Heat this season, Holiday is averaging 18.8 points per game while shooting 57.4% from the field and 48% from downtown.
