History is complete, LeBron James' quest to become the NBA's all-time leading scorer is in now in the history books.

Now, it's back to reality for the Los Angeles Lakers, and potentially back to business as they try to scrap back into the playoff picture.

The Milwaukee Bucks, meanwhile, enter off three days of rest and look to extend their winning streak to nine. They have been getting it done on both ends of the floor, winning most of those contests in blowout fashion.

The Bucks are big favorites for this matchup, and it's no surprise with both LeBron James and Anthony Davis popping up on the injury report. Monitor those closely before tip.

NBA Same Game Parlay Odds & Pick

The Parlay: (+248)

  • Milwaukee Bucks 1Q 3-Way Moneyline (-190)
  • Jrue Holiday 8+ Assists (+140)

Bucks 1Q 3-Way ML (-180)

The Bucks have gotten out to quick starts all season, ranking fourth in the Association in first-quarter points per game at 30.1.

Along with those quick starts, their defense has come to play early. They rank seventh in opponent first-quarter points per game at 27.6, and they've held opponents to 24 or less in two of their last three matchups.

Milwaukee is in a favorable spot against a Lakers team that struggles to put up points with consistency — especially early in games. Los Angeles ranks 20th in first-quarter points per game at 28.4, while it surrenders 29.8.

Jrue Holiday 8+ Assists (+140)

Milwaukee's Jrue Holiday has been logging big minutes all year, and he leads the Bucks in assists per game at 7.1.

He's put up big assist numbers throughout the season, logging 10 or more 11 times in 41 games. He looks primed for another big assist night against a Lakers team that gives up 118.6 points per contest.

Holiday has gone over this total of 6.5 in three straight games against Los Angeles, and four of his five overall since becoming a Buck.

There's a lot of value in taking Holiday on an alternate assist total, especially with Khris Middleton back in the lineup, as he just adds another layer of scoring and depth.

If you're feeling ambitious, perhaps even look into a double-double, which I'm seeing at +360. However, for the sake of the parlay, let's keep it at 8+ at +140.
