Suns vs Celtics NBA Preview

The short-handed Suns are still powering through, hanging onto a play-in spot in the Western Conference, now sitting at 39-28 in the seventh place.

The Suns are just 1.5 games behind the Timberwolves, who went down by double digits against the Thunder on Sunday.

On the other side, the Celtics now sit in second place in the Eastern Conference standings, four games behind the Pistons for the top spot, who fell to the Raptors last night.

The Celtics sit one game ahead of the third-place Knicks, who fought off a stiff challenge from the very weakened Warriors squad.

Nikola Vucevic (finger) remains out for Boston.

Dillon Brooks (hand) and Mark Williams (foot) are still sidelined for the Suns.

Suns vs Celtics Predictions, Betting Analysis

Neemias Queta has gone over 9.5 rebounds in five of his last seven games, and will face a frontcourt without Williams tonight.

Oso Ighodaro is not a starting-level center — and Khaman Maluach is clearly talented, but not ready for a night-to-night role yet at this stage.

Queta will see both of them battling it out in the frontcourt tonight.

Queta could also benefit from a low-scoring game, as this total sits around 214 points as of this writing, making it an uncharacteristically (yet justifiably) low number for today's NBA.

If the full-game Under is in play, Queta will have more rebound opportunities.

Pick: Neemias Queta Over 9.5 Rebounds (+100)
