49ers vs. Rams Anytime Touchdown Picks and Predictions

Here are my three picks for 49ers vs. Rams anytime touchdown odds to bet on tonight:

Kyren Williams (-150)

Since the Los Angeles Rams drafted Blake Corum, questions over Kyren Williams and his workload have increased with every summer. That said, Williams has remained a reliable back and lethal player in the red zone every season since this saga began.

In the last three seasons, Williams rushed for 12, 14, and 10 touchdowns, respectively. I like Corum as a player, but I don't buy-in to the groupthink that he needs to eat away at Williams' touches. A great player deserves to see a high volume of snaps, and Williams has been nothing but a great player since taking over in 2023.

Christian McCaffrey (-145)

Christian McCaffrey never fails to be a controversial figure during fantasy draft seasons due to uncertainty over his health. That said, one of the biggest constants since McCaffrey entered the NFL is that he scores a lot of touchdowns when he plays.

In his two fully healthy seasons with the San Francisco 49ers, McCaffrey has combined for 24 rushing touchdowns, and 14 receiving touchdowns. If McCaffrey is healthy, there is a high chance he gets close to 20 touches a game, and volume lends itself to touchdowns when looking at 49ers vs. Rams anytime touchdown odds.

Jake Tonges (+500)

Betting on 49ers vs. Rams anytime touchdown odds would be less fun without a long shot dart throw, and I love this price on Jake Tonges. Last season was Tonges' breakthrough, and he put up five touchdowns on 34 catches. Most importantly, his production was highly reliable and consistent when George Kittle missed time.

Kittle suits up for the 49ers tonight, but questions loom over the superstar pass-catcher. How many snaps he plays and how often he gets targeted are big enough questions that I expect Kyle Shanahan to lean on Tonges in the passing game while deploying Kittle primarily as a blocker instead.
