Ja'Marr Chase, Over 69.5 Receiving Yards
Chase managed two catches for 12 yards in Week 1, and that single quiet afternoon drags his threshold to a level his 2025 season dwarfs: 125 receptions for 1,412 yards.
Joe Burrow still threw 35 times for 254 yards in that game, feeding Mike Gesicki (78 yards) and Tee Higgins (59). Houston surrendered 334 passing yards to Josh Allen in its opener.
The volume exists and the matchup cooperates. Seventy yards asks far less than a signature Chase performance. Chase has historically started slowly in Week 1 over the years, so I am not worried about him when considering NFL player props today.
Jalen Coker, Over 4.5 Receptions
Coker posted eight catches, 138 yards and two touchdowns against Chicago. The snap count matters more than the simple box score statistics.
Coker played 57 of 68 offensive plays, an 84% share that edges Tetairoa McMillan's 56%. Atlanta allowed Aaron Rodgers and a passing offense that does not strike fear 221 passing yards last week.
Five catches rewards the role Coker has as a borderline No. 1 target in his offense, but does not guarantee repeat of the touchdowns.
C.J. Stroud, Over 199.5 Passing Yards
Stroud completed 26 of 38 throws for 274 yards and two scores against Buffalo, with Nico Collins leading the team at seven catches. Even though Collins is unavailable, the Bengals' pass defense leaks big plays and yardage.
Houston sits at 0-1 and hosts a Cincinnati offense that hung 33 points on Tampa Bay. Whether in a setting where they trail or trade scores, I expect Houston to throw.
This threshold rests nearly 75 yards under Stroud's Week 1 number as well, which is a nice cushion to have in a batch of NFL player props today.
