Best NBA Bets Tonight, March 13

The market is white-hot on the Nuggets since the All-Star break. They are 7-3 against the spread and 9-1 straight-up in that 10-game span. Nikola Jokic has seven triple-doubles in that stretch as well.

This season, the Nuggets are 27-6 at home and 18-14 on the road straight-up. I am going to sell high on the Nuggets tonight in the NBA Finals rematch.

The Heat have lost three straight and are coming off a horrendous loss to the Wizards. Coming off a road trip, this is their second game back at home. The first game back is always the one we want to avoid, and they laid an egg against Washington. I don't think that happens tonight.

While the Nuggets have been cooking, this is only their fourth road game since Valentines Day and first one on the East Coast.

Both teams are terribly slow in pace, and in a game with fewer-than-normal possessions, I want a couple points in the back pocket, especially in the first half.

In the last game between these two teams, the Heat lost by six as Michael Porter Jr. lead all scorers with 30 points. So, if they can contain Porter this time around, I think the Heat will have a really good first half.

The Lakers are coming into this game with two days of rest. However, they have lost all three matchups against the Kings this season and seven of their last eight against them straight-up.

This is an absolute must-win for the Lakers. It doesn't mean they are going to win but it means I won't regret this play.

They can leap a full game up with a win and they certainly don't want to be in the play-in games. The Kings smacked the Lakers in the mouth a week ago, beating them at home by 10 points.

The Lakers are coming off two great wins against the Timberwolves and the Bucks (on Tuesday night).

Plain and simple, this is a huge game for the Lakers if they want to secure a playoff spot.

The Kings are 3-7 against the spread with no rest this season and are playing in that spot tonight.
