NBA Injury News & Starting Lineups (April 7): Bradley Beal, Kristaps Porzingis Cleared to Play Wednesday article feature image

NBA Injury News

6:30 p.m. ET Update: Kristaps Porzingis will be active Wednesday after missing the past two games. Maxi Kleber has been ruled out due to a sore lower right leg.

Bradley Beal returns to the starting lineup Wednesday after missing the past five Wizards games with a bruised hip. It is unclear if he will have his playing time managed. Robin Lopez has also been cleared to play.

John Wall will return to the lineup on Wednesday after missing the previous four games due to left knee effusion. The Hawks will be without Clint Capela and Danilo Gallinari Wednesday on the second night of a back-to-back.


6 p.m. ET Update: Brandon Ingram and Kira Lewis will sit out Wednesday night's game against the Brooklyn Nets.

Domantas Sabonis, Malcolm Brogdon and Myles Turner have been ruled out agains the Minnesota Timberwolves. Jeremy Lamb has been cleared to play.


Kevin Durant has been cleared to return to the lineup for the Brooklyn Nets Wednesday after missing the past 23 games with a strained hamstring. He is expected to have his playing time monitored following a lengthy hiatus, and with James Harden unavailable to play tonight against the New Orleans Pelicans. Brandon Ingram has been listed as questionable to play after missing the past four Pelicans games with a foot injury.

The Memphis Grizzlies are monitoring Ja Morant after experiencing back tightness in Tuesday's game against the Miami Heat. Morant left the game and has been listed as questionable Wednesday.

Kristaps Porzingis has been listed as questionable ahead of Wednesday's game against the Houston Rockets after sitting out the past two Dallas Mavericks games with a wrist injury. Head coach Rick Carlisle said Porzingis will travel with the team and is expected to be available.

Domantas Sabonis and Malcolm Brogdon are questionable again on Wednesday on the second night of a back-to-back. Sabonis missed the past two games due to a sprained ankle, and Brogdon missed the past three games with a sore hip. Myles Turner has also been listed as doubtful with an ankle injury.

Jamal Murray, who was a late scratch on Tuesday night, is questionable due to knee soreness ahead of the Denver Nuggets' game against the San Antonio Spurs. Dejounte Murray is also questionable after sitting out the Spurs' game on Monday with a foot injury.
