NBA Injury News & Starting Lineups (December 15): Paul George Questionable, Joel Embiid Available, Khris Middleton Out Wednesday article feature image

NBA Injury News

6:30 p.m. ET Update: Khris Middleton has been ruled out with a hyperextended knee.

Joel Embiid and Seth Curry have been cleared to play Wednesday after being listed as questionable earlier today. Justin Holiday is available to return after recovering from health and safety protocols.


6 p.m. ET Update: Anthony Davis has been cleared to play Wednesday despite a sore left knee. Evan Mobley has been ruled out with a sore right hip.


5:30 p.m. ET: Christian Wood has been ruled out for the next two games with a knee injury. Mo Bamba out Wednesday due to a sprained right ankle.

Kyle Kuzma expected to play Wednesday after clearing health and safety protocols.


1 p.m. ET Update: Tyler Herro has been ruled out for the Miami Heat with a right quad contusion.

Georges Niang (Health and Safety) and Furkan Korkmaz (Illness) are out for the Philadelphia 76ers.


Giannis Antetokounmpo has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Indiana Pacers dues to the league's health and safety protocols. Antetokounmpo is one of three players — Donte DiVincenzo and Wesley Matthews — are on the Bucks out due to Covid. Khris Middleton is questionable to suit up with a hyperextended left knee.

The Lakers will be without Dwight Howard, Malik Monk and Talen Horton-Tucker due to health and safety protocols. LeBron James and Anthony Davis are both probable to suit up.

Paul George is questionable to return to the lineup for the Los Angeles Clippers after missing three games with an elbow injury. Nic Batum is also questionable with a right ankle sprain.

Joel Embiid and Seth Curry are questionable to suit up for the Philadelphia 76ers. Embiid missed their last game with a rib injury and Curry missed that game with a shoulder injury.
