NBA Injury News

7:30 p.m. ET Update: Nikola Jokic has been ruled out Sunday with a wrist injury.

5 p.m. ET Update: LeBron James has been cleared to play Sunday. He is not expected to be on any minutes restrictions. Killian Hayes is now doubtful to play for the Pistons.

OG Anunoby has also been downgraded and is doubtful to play against the Golden State Warriors.

3:30 p.m. ET Update: Luka Doncic has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers. Maxi Kleber has been cleared to return and is available. Nicolas Batum has also been scratched due to an illness, but Serge Ibaka is active after missing much of the start of the season.

Mitchell Robinson has been ruled out for the New York Knicks due to a concussion.

Three key players on Sunday's short six-game slate are questionable to play.

The Dallas Mavericks have listed Luka Doncic as questionable after he missed their past two games this week with an ankle injury. He was able to practice some this week and was questionable ahead of Friday's game before being ruled out just before tip.

The Los Angeles Lakers have listed LeBron James as questionable ahead of a road matchup with the Detroit Pistons. James returned to the court after missing eight games with an abdominal injury and looked fine in his 32 minutes. This status could just be a formality, but the Lakers have been cautious with James after injuries over the past two seasons.

Nikola Jokic is also listed as questionable ahead of a big matchup between the Denver Nuggets and Phoenix Suns Sunday. Jokic was ruled out Friday against the Chicago Bulls with a wrist injury. The Nuggets haven't given much info on Jokic's status, so we might not know much until closer to game time.

Stephen Curry and Draymond Green, who both sat on Friday against the Pistons, have been removed from the injury report and should suit up against the Toronto Raptors Sunday. On the other side of that matchup, OG Anunoby is questionable with a hip pointer. Anunoby was expected to miss extended time, so his questionable tag is a positive sign.
