NBA Injury News & Starting Lineups (Feb. 19): Paul George, Kawhi Leonard Active vs. Jazz Friday

Friday NBA Injury News

8:20 p.m. ET Update: Kawhi Leonard and Paul George are active for Friday's game against the Utah jazz. Mike Conley will suit up for the first time since Feb. 5.

6:30 p.m. ET Update: Ben Simmons has been ruled out for the Philadelphia 76ers in Friday's game against the Chicago Bulls due to an illness. Shake Milton will also sit for the Sixers in that matchup.

Jaylen Brown has been upgraded to active and is expected to play Friday for the Boston Celtics despite a sore left knee.

The Los Angeles Clippers have four rotation players listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Utah Jazz as Staples Center, including Kawhi Leonard and Paul George.

Leonard, Paul George (toe), Nicolas Batum (concussion), and Luke Kennard (knee) are questionable heading into Friday's contest. Leonard missed the past three games with a sore left leg, and Lou Williams has thrived as Leonard's replacement in the starting lineup. George has been absent the previous seven contests, and Reggie Jackson has been starting in the interim while Amir Coffey has received rotation minutes the past two games.

On the other side of that matchup, the Utah Jazz are hopeful that Mike Conley will return to their lineup for this pivotal game. Conley is listed as questionable after missing six games with a tight right hamstring.

The Boston Celtics will get Kemba Walker and Daniel Theis back Friday, but have listed Jaylen Brown as questionable with a sore knee. Brown missed two games this month with a knee injury, but has been mostly durable this season.

Draymond Green has been listed questionable for Friday's road game against  the Orlando Magic after being a late scratch on Wednesday due to a sore ankle. It's possible the Warriors may be cautious on the first leg of a back-to-back.
