Tonight's marquee matchup is between two of the rising stars in the league in Boston's Brown and Atlanta's Young.

We've seen size factor in a lot in this setting, and Brown definitely has an advantage against the slight Young. Will that prove too much or can Trae get loose and outshoot the Celtics wing?

One of the most promising young players in the league, Jayson Tatum, will face in Round 1 one of the heroes of the 2019 NBA playoffs in Toronto's Fred VanVleet.

Tatum is a 3-seed for a reason: He has length, size, ball-handling skills and beautiful touch needed in a 1-on-1 setting. The only reason he's not seeded higher is just because he's so young and still developing.

Will he start his tournament campaign off strong or will FVV hold his own?

Perhaps the most fascinating matchup of the night, 7-seed Mitchell will try to use his ball-handling skills and strong frame to beat 10-seed Klay, one of the league's best 1-on-1 defenders and obviously a top shooter of all time.

Klay's only real weakness in this setting is his ball-handling and ability to create his own shot; will that matter tonight?

He has a matchup he should dominate on paper given his extreme size advantage over Houston shooting guard Eric Gordon. But can he stretch out the lead and cover 6.5 in a game to 11?
