The NBA has six games scattered throughout the day on Sunday, and two of our NBA betting analysts have you covered.

Stephen Curry and the 2-0 Golden State Warriors make the quick trip north to face De'Aaron Fox the 1-1 Sacramento Kings in what should be a shootout as that game has the highest total of the day (234). The undefeated Grizzlies look for their third win after beating the Clippers last night as they meet the 0-2 Lakers at the Staples Center.

Golden State Warriors vs. Sacramento Kings

Matt Moore: Sacramento has been frisky, hanging with the Jazz and beating the Blazers in their home opener. The Warriors are red hot with the impressive opening night win and the close win vs. the Clippers, but this still feels like the market is underrating them.

Golden State's halfcourt offensive numbers are stunted based on a weird shooting night in the opener vs. the Lakers, and their halfcourt defensive numbers are considerably better than Sacramento. I'm laying the points.

Memphis Grizzlies vs. Los Angeles Lakers

Roberto Arguello: The Action Labs Player Props tool list De’Anthony Melton to record more than 12.5 points and assists combined as a 10/10 value play for Sunday, and I love the value as well.

After starting just one game last season, Melton has already started two games for the Grizzlies this season with Dillon Brooks out with an injury. Brooks’ absence is significant for two reasons.

First, Melton sees a significant uptick in minutes as he has averaged 32 minutes per game this season after averaging 20 minutes per game last year. Second, Brooks quietly led the Grizzlies in shots per game last season (15.4), and those shots have to be taken by others, like Melton.

In the Grizzlies’ two games, Melton has recorded 20 points and three assists against the Cavs and 22 points and two assists against the Clippers. Melton has made eight of 14 threes so far this season, which may not be sustainable, but in the short term, he’s getting consistent shot attempts on quality shots at the rim and beyond the arc, and he has proven that he is a capable shooter after making 41% of his threes on 4.1 attempts per game last season.

While the Grizzlies are playing on the second leg of a back-to-back, they don’t have to travel for this second leg as they played in the Staples Center last night.

With the offseason trade of Grayson Allen and Brooks’ injury, the Grizzlies don’t have many other viable options besides Melton and Desmond Bane on the wing alongside Ja Morant, so you can expect a heavy enough workload for Melton that this prop will hit for the third straight game.
