Bucks -5.5

Joe DelleraI'm surprised by this line.

We know the Bucks aren't trading anyone in their Big 4, whereas the Lakers will be without a lot of depth — they traded Russell Westbrook, D'Angelo Russell isn't going to play, Malik Beasley isn't going to play, and Jarred Vanderbilt isn't going to play.

They're gonna be stretched pretty thin here. And the Bucks are too tough of a task for a Lakers team that needs to get out in transition when Milwaukee is able to defend that with the length and versatility of its starting lineup.

Matt Moore: The other reason I like the Bucks in this spot is related to my favorite trend of the season.

Guess who the Los Angeles Lakers played when LeBron broke the record? The Oklahoma City Thunder. And teams after playing the Thunder this season are 16-32-4 against the spread, losing seven of the last nine — in line with a trend that's been consistent across seasons.
