With early week Fun Belt matchup and #MACtion still a week away, it's been a quiet couple of days in terms of primetime college football action.

However, college football returns with a couple of under-the-radar matchups on Thursday night.

Now, I refer to them as "under-the-radar" not only because they're smaller-profile programs, but also because Thursday Night Football's Green Bay Packers vs. Arizona Cardinals matchup will dominate attention from both football fans and bettors.
