How the BetMGM Bonus Code TOPACTION Works
Register with BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION and place your first qualifying wager. If the bet wins, you collect the normal cash payout. If it doesn't win, BetMGM returns the eligible stake in bonus bets, up to the $1,500 promotional maximum.
The sports betting offer makes the most sense on a wager you already want to make rather than increasing your first bet simply to chase the maximum reward. Bonus bets from sports betting sites cannot be withdrawn as cash, and the promotional stake is not included in the payout when a bonus bet wins.
Alternative BetMGM Bonus Code Offers by State
The BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION $1,500 offer is available in 16 states, including North Carolina. Other states may instead see the TANGET2 No Sweat Tokens promotion or the ACTIONGET bet-and-get offer.

Lions vs. Panthers SNF Odds
| Market | Lions | Panthers |
|---|---|---|
| Moneyline | -200 | +163 |
| Spread | -3.5 (-112) | +3.5 (-108) |
| Total | Over 50.5 (-121) | Under 50.5 (-105) |
Detroit enters as a short road favorite in one of the higher-scoring environments on the Week 4 board. The spread asks whether the Lions can create some separation in Charlotte, but the total may offer the cleaner angle given how both offenses and secondaries have performed through three games.
Lions vs. Panthers Prediction for SNF
Detroit has landed on 31 points in all three games this season, and Sunday's matchup gives Jared Goff and the Lions another favorable setup. Carolina's defense has struggled against the run, which puts Jahmyr Gibbs in position to keep Detroit ahead of the chains before Goff attacks a depleted secondary.
The Panthers placed starting cornerbacks Jaycee Horn and Mike Jackson on injured reserve this week. Losing both starters is a difficult assignment against Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jameson Williams and the rest of Detroit's passing game.
Carolina also has a path to contribute to the total. Detroit's pass defense has been vulnerable through three weeks, while Bryce Young and the Panthers have shown the ability to generate explosive completions. That creates opportunities for Carolina even if Detroit controls most of the game.
- Lions vs. Panthers prediction: Over 50.5 (-121)
Detroit has enough offensive advantages to get into the 30s again, and Carolina does not need to match the Lions score for score to clear this number. Something around Detroit 31, Carolina 24 puts Sunday Night Football over the current total.

Conclusion
Detroit brings one of the NFL's more productive offenses into Charlotte against a Carolina defense missing both starting cornerbacks. The Panthers should also have opportunities against Detroit's secondary, giving Over 50.5 a path to cash without requiring Carolina to win or keep the game within the spread.
