The honest case against: Philly's defense has let both Tennessee and Washington climb back into games in the fourth quarter, and one busted coverage or short field can swing a number this low fast. A pick-six or a special teams score does real damage when you only have 41 points of room. But that's the risk you accept, and the path to it is narrow. Chicago has to generate points with a quarterback who may not know if he's starting until Saturday. Two field goals and a touchdown apiece gets you to 40. Take the under and root for punts.
