In case you didn't know, Jack Westover is the Patriots' fullback. He was priced at 40-1 when I initially saw this and that's already moved to 30-1 so clearly someone else likes this play.
Ever since Antonio Gibson went down in Week 5, the Patriots have been using Westover a bit more, especially recently. He's seen a snap rate in the 35-40% range in the past several games. His routes run rate was a season-high 24% against the Broncos in the AFC Championship Game. His role is similar to that of the Broncos' Nate Adkins.
Westover only has two targets on the season, but the Super Bowl is where teams get tricky so it's easy to envision him getting an unexpected carry or be involved in a play around the goal line. That's why I like him here; he's someone the Patriots could use to catch the Seahawks off guard.
Going back to his days in college at Washington, Westover was a factor in his senior year. He was third on the team in receptions (46), behind only Rome Odunze and Ja'Lynn Polk . If the Pats want to leverage Westover's pass-catching ability, this could be the time to do it.
At any price 10-1 or better, I like Jake Bobo, who scored a touchdown against the Rams in the NFC Championship Game. He only has three targets in the playoffs but two of them have come in the red zone. It just seems like when he's in the game, he's likely to be targeted.
Small sample size alert, but including the playoffs, Bobo had the second-highest targets per route run against man coverage behind only Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
The Patriots will likely focus on taking away Smith-Njigba, which is easier said than done. But if they do, other Seahawks receivers like Bobo could see more usage. He's also a big-body target at 6-foot-4 going up against rather diminutive Patriots cornerbacks like Marcus Jones and Christian Gonzalez.

For a long-shot touchdown bet all I'm looking for is talent.
Arroyo has largely been missing in action for the Seahawks for a while now due to injury, but there's some optimism surrounding him heading into the Super Bowl. He's always been Seattle's No. 2 tight end and he oozes talent and explosiveness.
I think the Seahawks are going to be more pass-heavy than usual in this game because the Patriots have what I think is the best rush defense in the NFL.
If Seattle can't get into the end zone with its ground game, its tight ends become a big factor. Arroyo has the talent to beat the Patriots' linebackers and safeties.
