The 2026 Memorial Tournament is upon us.

This week's tournament at Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio, is a Signature Event that features a cut, allowing the top 50 and ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the lead, to make the cut.

Jack's Place is always a special location, so let's dive into our 2026 Memorial Tournament picks and PGA Tour best bets for this week.

Outright Pick: Scottie Scheffler (+350)

By Derek Farnsworth

When I opened the odds on Monday morning, I immediately started building an outright card with golfers priced in the +1800 to +5500 range.

Before making the bets, I couldn't ignore my gut screaming, "Don't be an idiot. Just bet Scheffler this week."

If we can't trust our gut instincts, what can we trust?

Rather than having my usual outright card, Scheffler is my only bet to win this week. It has been far too long since he has won a tournament, especially since he has been in contention in four of his last five starts.

His iron play was uncharacteristically average during the first four months of the season, but he has gained over five strokes on approach in each of his last three events.

Muirfield Village requires a solid all-around game, and Scheffler ranks top-10 in this field in all four of the Strokes Gained categories this year.

In addition to the form and stats, he has an impeccable track record here. In his last four appearances at Muirfield Village, he has two wins and two third-place finishes. I'm putting two units on Scheffler this week.

Outright Pick: Sepp Straka (+6600)

By Jake Zach

Straka is my guy this week, and honestly, he’s been my guy all year. The win is coming, and Muirfield Village feels like the place.

Straka comes off his hometown Austrian Open playing some of the best golf I’ve seen from him. He fed off the crowd's energy and looked completely locked in.

He carries that momentum into one of the best venues on Tour, where his course history speaks for itself.

The fit is almost too perfect. Approach play is the single most important skill at Muirfield Village, and Straka is one of the best iron players in the world. The course sets up beautifully for him.

The only thing standing between him and a victory is the driver, which has been inconsistent at times. But if he can keep it in play even at an average clip, everything else falls into place.

Another bet I'll be placing is ahead of the NBA Finals: Knicks to win the Finals and Straka to win the Memorial at nearly +16000.

Top 10 & Top 20 Pick: Jordan Spieth

Top 10: +380  · Top 20: +140

By Derek Farnsworth

Spieth is still far from the height of his golfing powers, but he's having his most consistent season on the PGA TOUR in a long time. He has made 11 straight cuts with seven top-20 finishes during that stretch.

He's still searching for his first top-10 of the season, but all the signs point to it happening sooner rather than later.

Spieth's course history at Muirfield Village is also encouraging, racking up two top-10s and two more top-20s at this event over the last five years.

If he can avoid the blow-up round, I like his chances to cash the top-10 and top-20 bets this week.

2026 Memorial Tournament Predictions, Picks: Bet Scottie Scheffler, Ludvig Aberg at Muirfield Village Image

First-Round Leader Pick: Ludvig Aberg (+2700)

By Tony Sartori

Driving is essential this week. The course is long with narrow fairways, and players must position themselves well off the tee to attack these difficult greens.

There's a greater-than-average penalty for missed fairways. As a result, each of the top three finishers here last year ranked inside the top four in the field in Strokes Gained: Off The Tee.

No other Strokes Gained category showed a similar trend.

That profile makes Ludvig Aberg a strong option, as he's one of the hottest golfers in the world. He has finished inside the top eight in six of his past eight tournaments, with the lone exceptions being a T21 finish at the Masters and a T17 finish at the Charles Schwab Challenge.

Aberg continues to contend for his third PGA Tour victory at age 26 and has shown consistent improvement. Entering this week, he ranks in the 97th percentile on the PGA Tour in Strokes Gained: Off The Tee.

This course suits Aberg’s well-rounded skill set, as evidenced by his finishes of T16 here last year and T5 the year prior.

He's also a strong starter, ranking above the PGA Tour average in first-round scoring.

Matchup Pick: Mac Meissner (-125) Over Pierceson Coody

By Spencer Aguiar

Pierceson Coody is trending up entering this tournament, posting three top-24 finishes in his last four starts. That profile shows strength for a test that will assess a player's current skill set.

However, I thought there were a ton of red flags within the data points for Coody, so I wanted to try to oppose this weekend at Jack's masterpiece.

While my model sees how he finds success with his ranking of third in GIR and 18th in Proximity 200+ Yards, it's the wide misses he makes off the tee and his short-game woes that make me question his playability over four days of golf.

Coody didn't crack the top 50 for wide sprays and ranked dead last for Expected Around the Green, Overall Around the Green and Sand Save Expectation.

There's a blueprint for him to follow to achieve high-end success, but I think trying to counter that volatility in a matchup makes a ton of sense, especially if books want to boost his outlook given recent form.

It wouldn't be the first time the American has faceplanted when faced with a tougher test.
