  • In 2019, Matthew Freedman is writing a new series featuring one of his favorite prop bets for each day.
  • On Monday, he looks at the Knicks-Thunder game (12:30 p.m. ET, NBATV) and the fantasy points prop for Oklahoma City guard Russell Westbrook.

Each day, I publish at least one quick-n’-dirty piece highlighting a favorite prop of mine.

For more information on my research process and the resources I use, see the master list of my 2019 prop bets.

Freedman’s Favorite Fantasy Point Prop for Monday, Jan. 21: Russell Westbrook Over/Under 55.5

  • Over: +140
  • Under: -180

Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day!

This is a bonus prop for today, in addition to Roman Josi vs. Tyson Barrie.

Today’s great NBA slate tips off with the Knicks-Thunder game (12:30 p.m. ET, NBATV), and Oklahoma City guard Russell Westbrook is catching me eye.

This line is notably off. In the FantasyLabs NBA Models, we have Westbrook projected for 58.2 fantasy points (FanDuel scoring).

At 55.5, I’d bet it to +100. At +140, I’d bet it to 57.5.

The Pick: Over (+140)
