DeMar DeRozan Under 27.5 Points, Rebounds, & Assists (-125)

Projecting Kings minutes can be a tricky thing, but Sacramento should really be trying to lose on Sunday.

The Nets are their most direct competition in the lottery — and the Kings have already ruled out Russell Westbrook for this game.

We have seen plenty of games in the past month where DeMar DeRozan barely clears 20 minutes — and I think this will be another one of those spots, making his prop Unders an excellent look.

Action PRO is projecting 23.3 points + rebounds + assists for DeRozan in tonight's matchup.

Pick: DeMar DeRozan Under 27.5 Points, Rebounds, & Assists (-125)

Trail Blazers vs. Nuggets Prop Bet

Jerami Grant Over 17.5 Points (+100)

By Action Network Staff

Action PRO is projecting 18.9 points for Jerami Grant in the Trail Blazers' matchup against the Nuggets this evening, presenting a solid 10.9% edge against his current prop line of over.under 17.5, which is good enough to tag the Over with a B grade in our database.

Grant has seen a pretty decent uptick in playing time for Portland recently.

Despite averaging less than 30 minutes per game on the season overall, Grant enters today's game having played 31+ minutes in eight of his last nine outings, while seeing 35+ minutes in three of those contests — averaging 32.6 minutes per game during that stretch.

At face-value, Grant's numbers may seem a little bit hit-or-miss. He's scored 12 points or less in three of his last five games, and he scored 20+ points in the other two.

However, the volume is consistently there, considering he played 32+ minutes and attempted 11+ field goal attempts / 5+ three-point attempts in two of the three games that he stayed Under during his latest stretch.

Zooming out a bit further, Grant has scored 20+ points in six of his last nine games, while hitting 24+ points in three of those contests; and breaking 30+ points in one of them.

We will go ahead and lock in our best bet for this game at Over 17.5 Points. However, we also see value in sprinkling an alternate line at 20+ Points (+150).

Pick: Jerami Grant Over 17.5 Points (+100)

Wizards vs. Knicks Prop Prediction

New York Knicks Logo
Karl-Anthony Towns Over 21.5 Points (-112)

The Knicks face off against the Wizards tonight, so naturally we need to look at the matchup on the interior.

Opposing centers have absolutely destroyed the Wizards over the past few weeks — obviously highlighted by Bam Adebayo's historic 83-point performance against them.

The Wizards struggle to defend the rim and beyond the arc, which are two areas where Karl-Anthony Towns excels.

Towns also generates a bunch of contact, which forces free throws — another spot where he can make a living against Washington.

The biggest concern here is if the Knicks blow out Washington, it could cost him some minutes — but with Josh Hart and Landry Shamet on the injury report, New York may need to lean more on KAT tonight.

Pick: Karl-Anthony Towns Over 21.5 Points (-112)

Timberwolves vs. Celtics Moneyline Pick

Timberwolves Moneyline (+300)

By Bet Labs

Our Road Motivation NBA moneyline betting system captures regular season games where visiting teams show renewed energy and focus after a disappointing home loss — such as the Timberwolves in this spot.

When a team transitions from playing at home to the road following a poor result, motivation and effort tend to rise, particularly in non-conference matchups where travel can reset rhythm and concentration.

Teams with a solid overall record often channel frustration from a narrow defeat into improved play away from home, benefiting from reduced pressure and sharper preparation.

By targeting quality teams coming off home losses in unfamiliar settings, this approach leverages the psychological edge of redemption and the tendency for capable squads to perform better when seeking to rebound on the road.

Action PRO projects the moneyline for this game at Timberwolves +234, showing a 5.5% edge against the current line of Timberwolves +300, which is good enough to make Minnesota moneyline a B-graded play in our system.

Pick: Timberwolves Moneyline (+300)

Our NBA spread betting system titled "Fading Tired Home Teams" fades home teams that are fatigued that are facing visiting teams with fresher legs and fewer games recently played.

Homecourt advantage diminishes when the home team is running on fumes, particularly against an opponent whose last game was close (i.e., not a blowout win/loss), limiting motivational or emotional edge.
