Cavaliers vs. Pacers
I think we’re getting a bit of a discount on the Cavaliers here because they’re on a three-game losing streak.
The Cavs are playing on the second night of a back-to-back in this spot, but they should be getting a fresh Jarrett Allen back for this game.
I'll lay the points with Cleveland tonight.
Pick: Cavaliers -6.5 (-110)
Bucks vs. Wizards
By Joe Dellera
The Bucks face off against the Wizards in a game where I expect Giannis to dominate, regardless of any minutes restrictions.
Giannis has been a wrecking ball this season, and he opened the season with 37 points in just 27 minutes against the Wizards.
He is averaging 30.9 points per game, but if we remove the game he played just 13 minutes, this jumps to 32.1%, with him exceeding this mark in 10/14 games.
The Wizards foul a ton and are awful in both transition and in the restricted area — two spots where Giannis dominates.
This is an excellent matchup, and the Bucks do not play again until Wednesday. So, there is no rest-spot to worry about here.
Pick: Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 28.5 Points (-115)
Clippers vs. Heat
By Bet Labs
This NBA system focuses on games where struggling road teams face stronger home opponents in non conference matchups, creating favorable conditions for high scoring results.
When a poor road team with a low win rate meets a winning home team, defensive effort and intensity often dip for the visitor, while the home side pushes the pace and controls offensive rhythm.
Non-conference games tend to feature looser defensive schemes and unfamiliar matchups, leading to faster scoring runs and less resistance in transition.
The data shows that when totals close above the 220 range and the line movement slightly favors the Over, the market correctly anticipates offensive efficiency rather than defensive pressure.
These situations consistently produce games where both teams exceed expectations, with the stronger home team dictating tempo and the weaker visitor contributing enough to push the total past the number.
Pick: Over 234.5 (-115)
Hornets vs. Nets
By Joe Dellera
The Hornets face off against the Nets on Monday, and I'll be targeting Brandon Miller in what is generally a strong matchup for opponents.
Miller has looked like a primary option when he has been on the floor; if he wants a shot, he gets it.
Aside from the game he got hurt, he’s averaging 19.6 points on a healthy 16.2 field goal attempts per game.
He had a down scoring game last time out with just seven points but he was 1/13 from the field, further demonstrating his consistent volume regardless of how the game is going.
Miller is excellent spotting up, and that’s something the Nets struggle with.
Pick: Brandon Miller Over 18.5 Points (-110)
Bulls vs. Magic
The Magic revenge tour continues.
The Magic have recently gotten wins back against the 76ers and Pistons.
Now, they are on two days of rest after the holiday and a trip back home.
I think we’re getting a fair price on the home team in the better spot here.
Pick: Magic -8.5 (-110)
Rockets vs. Jazz
By Bet Labs
The NBA system titled "1H 'Dog vs Coasting Teams" focuses on first half moneyline opportunities where strong teams often start slow against inferior opponents.
During the regular season, underdogs with modest Pythagorean ratings face elite opponents with high win records who may be pacing themselves or conserving energy early in games.
These matchups frequently occur when the superior team is in cruise control, relying on second half adjustments rather than urgency in the opening quarters.
Meanwhile, the underdog typically plays with early intensity and effort, creating value in short term situations before talent disparity takes over.
By isolating first halves against top competition, this system leverages motivational imbalance and situational focus to identify profitable early game edges.
Pick: Jazz First Half Moneyline (+470)
Suns vs. Lakers
The Lakers are playing on the second night of a back-to-back, facing a Suns team that has the 3rd-best ATS margin in the NBA (66.7%).
LeBron should be back for this game, but there is at least a chance they rest Luka on the second leg of a back-to-back set, which would create immense value on this number.
I like Phoenix in this spot either way, but we’ll keep an eye on the injury report.
