Payton Pritchard Over 21.5 Points (-110)

Jaylen Brown is listed as doubtful for the Celtics tonight.

Payton Pritchard has taken full advantage when Brown has missed time.

In three games without Brown, he's averaged 25.3 points per game on 22.3 field goal attempts. Pritchard has taken an extra 8.5 shots per game in these situations.

Chucking 20+ shots is a good formula for scoring 20+ points regardless of the matchup, but this is a great spot too.

Sacramento is bottom-4 in defensive rating, points allowed per game, and opponent field goal percentage.

Pick: Payton Pritchard Over 21.5 Points (-110)

There projects to be some significant value here.

The Wizards could be quite shorthanded on the wings, as we are currently projecting Tre Johnson and Khris Middleton to sit this game.

Middleton has been sitting back-to-backs all season, and Johnson rolled his ankle pretty bad in last night's game.

With that being the case, Champagnie projects to start and play 26+ minutes against the Lakers tonight.

Pick: Justin Champagnie Over 15.5 Points & Rebounds (-112)

Trey Murphy Over 22.5 Points (-115)

The Pelicans face off against the Grizzlies in a rematch from a week ago, and I’m targeting Trey Murphy in this spot.

Murphy dropped 32 points against Memphis last week and is now coming off two down-games against the Spurs and the Thunder. This matchup is great though, unlike those two.

The Grizzlies play fast and they are extremely weak from beyond the arc. Trey is able to take advantage of that.

Despite the two down-games in terms out output, his volume was still strong, which is a good indicator that his usage has sustainably risen in the absence of CJ McCollum.

Pick: Trey Murphy Over 22.5 Points (-115)

Derrick White Over 5.5 Assists (-138)

With Jaylen Brown doubtful, Derrick White and Payton Pritchard should see massive upticks in opportunities.

Pritchard's points prop and White's assist prop are my favorite ways to back each guy, but I'm open to all options.

White has seen a hefty 6.1% assist rate bump with Brown off the floor this season. He's averaged 7 assists in three games without Brown.

White has shot the ball poorly of late, but he's paced the team in assists (5.6), potential assists (10), and passes per game (60) in January.

Pick: Derrick White Over 5.5 Assists (-138)

Pistons vs. Warriors

Brandin Podziemski Over 11.5 Points (-120)

Admittedly, I have not had much luck trying to bet on these Warriors players, but I am going to trust the process and take the over on the points for Brandin Podziemski here.

This is a difficult matchup overall, but we could see Steph Curry get a lot of attention from this tough Detroit defense.

The Pistons are a very physical defense, and as a result, they have allowed a lot of free throw attempts (the most in the league).

I have Podz projected for 15.4 points in this spot.

Pick: Brandin Podziemski Over 11.5 Points (-120)
