Jake LaRavia Over 4.5 Rebounds (-140)

With Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves out, the Lakers lose nearly 14 rebounds per game of production. Jake LaRavia has already shown he is ready to fill that gap, recording eight rebounds against Oklahoma City and seven rebounds against Cleveland in his last two outings.

With Marcus Smart also sidelined, LaRavia has seen his playing time skyrocket. He has logged 33 and 38 minutes in his last two games, respectively. Our Action PRO models are bullish on LaRavia tonight, projecting him to finish with 5.8 rebounds.

Historically, as a starter this season, LaRavia’s rebounding average ticks up significantly compared to his bench role, and his 6'7" frame allows him to compete effectively against a smaller Dallas frontline.

The Mavericks are in a tailspin and lack a dominant interior presence. They have struggled to secure defensive boards all season, often surrendering second-chance opportunities to high-motor wings.

LaRavia has been aggressive on the offensive glass lately, snagging four offensive boards in his last game alone.

Rebounding is often about positioning and opportunity. Without the Lakers' primary guards hovering near the paint to start the break, more defensive boards will fall to the forwards.

LaRavia’s recent trend — clearing this 4.5-mark in four of his last six games — suggests he is the most reliable candidate to benefit in the rebounding department from the Lakers' current injury crisis.

Pick: Jake LaRavia Over 4.5 Rebounds (-140)

Bennedict Mathurin Over 16.5 Points (-130)

By Joe Dellera

Bennedict Mathurin has been solid for the Clippers since he was acquired, and he is thriving in his role alongside of Kawhi Leonard and Darius Garland.

Mathurin is averaging 20.5 points per game with Kawhi and Garland both in the lineup, and he gets the opportunity to stagger as the clear scoring option without one of them on the floor. He also gets more chances against bench units in big wins (or losses).

His points line today is set at 16.5 — a number he's cleared in 10-of-11 games with both Kawhi and Garland in the lineup.

This matchup is great for him. The Kings are very soft defensively. They struggle in the paint, in isolation, and they allow free throws at a high clip — all areas where Mathurin excels. So, let's back Mathurin to perform on Easter Sunday.

Pick: Bennedict Mathurin Over 16.5 Points (-130)

Steph Curry has been upgraded to questionable after missing 27 games. While his return naturally commands a high usage rate, he will likely be on a strict minutes limit.

Historically, Kristaps Porzingis thrives alongside elite spacing. Curry’s presence should pull defenders away from the paint, giving Porzingis more room to operate in the mid-post and more open looks on pick-and-pop actions.

The Rockets have struggled to contain versatile big men who can stretch the floor. Porzingis is currently averaging 5.8 three-point attempts over his last five games, hitting at a 41.4% clip.

If Houston plays drop coverage to account for Curry, Porzingis will have a high-volume night from the perimeter; if they switch, he can easily punish smaller defenders in the post.

Even if Curry takes a dozen shots, Porzingis remains the undisputed second option in this offense.

Over his last five games, he is averaging 14 field goal attempts and six free throw attempts per game. With his ability to get to the charity stripe (86.7% FT during this stretch), he has a very high floor regardless of how the scoring is distributed in Golden State's backcourt.

Porzingis is in elite form and provides the Warriors with a size advantage the Rockets simply cannot match. Action PRO is projecting 19.3 points for Porzingis in tonight's game.

Pick: Kristaps Porzingis Over 17.5 Points (-118)
