  • With Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals on Wednesday, our props analyst has a PrizePicks parlay ready.
  • He's eying plays on Dorian Finney-Smith and Andrew Wiggins.

Player props have become among the most popular bets in the industry, but while the amount of states with legalized gambling is growing, some may feel left out.

Enter: PrizePicks.

With PrizePicks, you get the opportunity to essentially parlay game prop over/unders with cash payouts depending on how many you get correct on that day’s slate.

You can do a Flex Play or a Power Play. A Flex Play gives you lesser odds, but you can win money even if you don’t nail every pick. Meanwhile, a Power Play is similar to a parlay — it’s all or nothing.

Here’s how I would approach today’s slate in NBA Playoffs slate.

What is PrizePicks? A daily fantasy operator — meaning they’re available in more states (30) than sports betting is! — PrizePicks offers a unique opportunity for action on player props in which you parlay two or more plays together.

Andrew Wiggins Over 5.5 Rebounds

The Golden State Warriors are looking very dangerous as they are now fully healthy entering the Western Conference Finals. The Warriors are favorites at -225 to advance to the NBA Finals. They are also five-point home favorites and implied to score 109.5 points in this matchup.

Andrew Wiggins has increased his rebounding numbers since the regular season from 4.5 per game to 6.9 per game in the postseason. Wiggins has recorded double-digit rebounds in two of his last three games and has gone over this prop line in eight of his 11 playoff games. His scoring is down, but the rebounds are up.

DraftKings sportsbook has this line at 5.5 rebounds and a heavy favorite of -160 on the over. Wiggins is second on the Warriors in rebounds per game in the playoffs compared to fifth during the regular season. During the NBA Playoffs, the Mavericks have the worst rebounding percentage in the entire league.

As long as this game is competitive, Wiggins will start and play heavy minutes as he will likely be one of the many defenders trying to contain Luka Doncic. The Mavericks have an extremely small frontcourt, which will only benefit Wiggins when he soars in the lane for rebounds. There's great value on this prop line.

Dorian Finney-Smith Under 11 Points

The Mavericks won four of their last five games against the Suns and have beaten the Warriors in three of their four games this season. Luka Doncic leads the league in Usage Rate in the playoffs and the regular season. He will get his looks, so I would much rather take the under on a role player prop.

That role player is Dorian Finney-Smith. Over the last three games, Finney-Smith only attempted 14 field goal attempts, making four of them. 78.9% of those shots came from behind the arc. If Finney-Smith doesn't get his perimeter shot to fall, he will go way under his 11 points prop.

The over on 11.5 points is the slight favorite at -115 on DraftKings sportsbook, but I still like the under. The Mavericks are only implied to score 104.5 points as they rank 14th out of 16 teams in Pace. The Warriors have one of the best defenses in the league when healthy, so Finney-Smith likely won't take many shots.
