Betting an NFL Parlay with Anytime Touchdown scorers is incredibly fun, even if they’re mostly a losing proposition that will drain your bankroll if you’re not careful. Most sportsbooks tend to clean up on this bet type, so how do we scratch the parlay itch without overextending ourselves?
Allow me to introduce “The 180 Challenge” — here’s how it works in case you're not familiar with the concept:
Each week, I bet on a three-leg Anytime TD parlay that equates to somewhere around +1800 or more. $10 per parlay ticket, $180 total for the season.
The goal is to win as much as possible. But the safety net is that you only need to hit one parlay all season to make your money back.
If you go 0-18 (which is unfortunate), the positive spin is it's only $180. This way, we can still participate in fun touchdown parlays while managing our bankroll and not going overboard on bad spending habits.
Here’s my NFL Anytime Touchdown Parlay for Week 13.
NFL Parlay — Week 13 Anytime TD Picks
- Josh Allen Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+125, FanDuel)
- Ashton Jeanty Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+180, FanDuel)
- AJ Barner Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+220, FanDuel)
Parlay Odds: +1916 via FanDuel
Bills vs. Steelers TD Pick: Josh Allen
Josh Allen already has 10 rushing touchdowns this season and 17 carries inside the 10-yard line. That’s first for all quarterbacks and 10th in the NFL overall.
Since the Steelers play a lot of man defense with single-high coverage, there will be opportunities for the Bills' star QB to scramble often.
Also, the Buffalo is coming off a loss, which may be a factor in Allen's approach when looking to bounce back. After three losses this year, Allen has a combined 15 carries and five rushing TDs.
When the Bills get close to the end zone, look for Allen to call his own number.
Raiders vs. Chargers TD Pick: Ashton Jeanty
The Raiders running back has eight TDs this season, with four of those coming on the ground and the other four through the air.
Ashton Jeanty is getting all the goal-line work this year, as he’s the only Raider to have carries inside the 10-yard line.
The Chargers defense ranks 26th in defensive DVOA against the run. They have allowed 14 rushing TDs, ranking in the bottom five in the NFL.
I think Jeanty will still get a ton of volume and should score in this matchup.
Vikings vs. Seahawks TD Pick: AJ Barner
The Seahawks tight end has scored five touchdowns this season and is second on the team with eight red-zone targets.
AJ Barner is consistently running the most routes of any Seahawks TE. He’s also been the Seahawks' Tush Push choice in short-yardage situations with eight carries this season.
Let’s take him to score on the Vikings, who have allowed six TDs to tight ends this season.
Disclaimer: 18-1 parlays have less than 5% chance of hitting, and that percentage only shrinks as you increase the parlay odds. Keep your expectations in check and bet on these for recreation.
