These NFL Week 2 games are pulling real trading volume on Polymarket now, and the way the numbers have shifted since Sunday tells its own story.

NFL Week 2 on Polymarket

A prediction market lets traders buy contracts tied to a real-world outcome, in this case, NFL games, and the price moves as new information comes in.

A share priced near 65 cents means the crowd sees that outcome as likely, not a lock. And the winner is just the starting point: each game also has a spread, a total, team totals, first-half lines, and game props, so there's more than one angle worth a look before Sunday.

Eagles vs. Titans: Philly's Number Keeps Climbing

Philadelphia opened the week as a solid road favorite and has only gotten more expensive since. Tennessee's offense fell apart against the Jets in Week 1, and that performance is doing a lot of the work here.

The complication for Philly: starting guard Landon Dickerson landed on injured reserve after a rough day up front against Washington, which is part of why this number hasn't run away completely. That split, a shaky Titans offense against a banged-up Eagles line, makes the spread and total worth a look, not just the moneyline.

Seahawks vs. Cardinals: The QB Change That Moved the Total

Seattle is still favored here, but the real story is at quarterback. Sam Darnold is dealing with a glute injury from Week 1 and is expected to miss the game, handing the position to Drew Lock, who's in line for his first start since 2024.

The total dropped by several points once that became clear: the market is asking how much a change at quarterback alters the scoring. Arizona is coming off a road win over the Chargers, so this one has two live threads worth trading beyond the winner.

Dolphins vs. 49ers: The Widest Gap of the Week

Nothing else on the board is close to this spread. San Francisco looked like the best team in football in its opener, beating the preseason Super Bowl favorite by three scores in Australia. Miami lost by two touchdowns on the road at Las Vegas the same week.

That gap shows up everywhere: moneyline, spread, and total all point the same direction, which usually means the sharper trade sits in the margin and scoring markets rather than the obvious side to win outright.

Commanders vs. Cowboys: Two Shaky Teams, One Close Number

This is the one game here without a clear favorite. Both teams are 0-1, both lost ugly to a division-style opponent, and Dallas is only a step above a field goal favorite at home, at -3.5. Washington's offense actually moved the ball well against a good Eagles defense, while Dallas is working around a linebacker injury that could open things up further on defense.

When neither side has separated itself, the total and the player props usually carry more signal than the game winner.

All four of these lines are still moving heading into Sunday, so the earlier you look, the more the numbers still have room to shift in your favor. Injury reports, practice updates, and weather calls out of Nashville, Glendale, Santa Clara, and Arlington could all nudge these prices before kickoff.

Checking back once or twice before Sunday afternoon, rather than locking in a view on Monday and walking away, is usually the difference between catching a number early and chasing it after everyone else already has.
