The NFL Trade Deadline is looming, and teams only have a matter of days to either bolster their roster in hopes of making it further in the playoffs or tear things down for future draft picks. The deadline is set for November 4 at 4:00 p.m. ET.

Prediction market Kalshi has odds posted for who could be on the move, with a couple of offensive players on underperforming teams running the table.

You can trade on obscure events in the world of sports like this, and thousands of other markets, at Kalshi, which is available in all 50 states. We wrote a full explainer on how it works here.

The percentages you see below represent what the market roughly believes each candidate's chances are (the "spread" is the reason it adds up to more than 100%, and it's how market makers make money. Again, see our full Kalshi how-to guide for why and how this works.)

NFL Trade Deadline Background

Who's buying?

There haven't been many major deadline deals since the time of this writing, but there are multiple contenders who appear to be in the hunt to make a splash as we inch closer to November 4.

The Eagles, Bills, Rams, and Lions are all either atop their respective divisions or a half of a game out, and should be looking to lengthen that gap down the stretch. The Patriots and Colts have had surprising seasons thanks to the great quarterback play of Drake Maye and Daniel Jones, respectively, and could look to capitalize on that unforeseen success now.

Then of course, you can never count out the Cowboys. Even though they sit at 3-4-1, Jerry Jones is always looking to add and contend, and with the right move or two they could find themselves in the Wild Card picture.

Who's selling?

Unsurprisingly, the teams most likely to sell can be found on the other end of the standings. The Jets, fresh off their first win of the season, have already started dealing, sending CB Michael Carter II and a seventh-round pick to the Eagles for WR John Metchie III and a sixth-rounder.

Soon to join the Jets in the sellers market will likely be the Raiders, Titans, Dolphins, Browns, and Saints, whose contention hopes are all but dashed. The Dolphins' strategy might be complicated by the recent firing of GM Chris Grier.

Who Could Be Moving?

Jakobi Meyers, WR, Raiders

As of this writing, Kalshi gives Meyers by far the greatest odds to be moved at the deadline, and with good reason. He's having a pretty good season despite not much help around him, tallying 329 yards over 29 receptions. Meyers has yet to touch the end zone, but neither have many Raiders, as the team has scored just seven touchdowns all season. Only the Falcons and Titans have less.

Current reporting reveals that the Pittsburgh Steelers are most heavily involved in Meyers' market, with NFL insider Jeremy Fowler reporting that the Bills and Broncos have also been in the mix.

David Njoku, TE, Browns

Njoku has seen it all in Cleveland: the 0-16 season, the brief window of contention, and now it seems that the franchise has hit the lean years once again. With the star tight end set to hit free agency this offseason, it seems unlikely he makes it through another era of Browns football.

The veteran has notched 260 yards over 27 receptions so far, and has found the end zone twice. He'll be a welcome addition to any contender that needs a tight end.

Rashid Shaheed, WR, Saints

The Saints appear likely to part with many pieces this offseason, including fellow receiver Chris Olave and longtime running back Alvin Kamara, but Shaheed will likely be the easiest to move. The former undrafted free agent is in the last year of his deal, so it won't require a time-consuming blockbuster to get a deal done.

Shaheed has started all eight games for New Orleans this season after missing over half of 2024 due to injury, and he's on pace to smash his current career-high in receptions of 46 with 39 already. He's also racked up 431 yards and two touchdowns, which should only improve when he's dealt somewhere with a better quarterback than Spencer Rattler.
