The Kansas City Chiefs are Super Bowl 54 champions, and Patrick Mahomes has taken home the hardware as Super Bowl MVP. He was a +110 favorite to win the award.
Mahomes threw for 286 yards on 26-of-42 passing, including two touchdowns.
As for whom he thanked first upon receiving the award: many books have ruled "teammates" as the winning option.
His odds ranked first on the board at most books, including Fanduel.
Most books should be happy with the result, as both Patrick Mahomes and Damien Williams were seen as "great outcomes" to win the MVP, with the books winning "five figures on both (more on Williams)."
