My model puts the Cardinals' win odds at 56.7%, up from 50.5% implied. Shane Bieber bounced back in a big way in his most recent start, lasting eight innings. It's tied to increased velocity on his curveball. But he's still letting up a dangerous amount of hard contact that could come back to bite him soon. Matthew Liberatore looked great in his first start, carrying gains from Triple-A into the big leagues. Even at -102, there's still value in St. Louis.
