  • Chris Raybon breaks down his favorite NBA player props for Wednesday night.
  • Props include Nets PG D'Angelo Russell's points, Spurs PG Derrick White's points, and Rockets PF P.J. Tucker's rebounds.

The three NBA player props highlighted below are from the following three games:

  • Toronto Raptors at Brooklyn Nets: 7:30 p.m. ET
  • San Antonio Spurs at Denver Nuggets: 9 p.m. ET
  • Houston Rockets at Los Angeles Clippers: 10:30 p.m. ET

As a reminder, our FantasyLabs NBA Player Props Tool leverages our projections against odds offered at various sportsbooks and grades each prop on a scale of 1 to 10. All odds as of 5:30 p.m. ET. View live odds here.

Nets PG D'Angelo Russell

THE PICK: Over 3.5 Rebounds (-145)

Russell should be able to come away with at least four boards against a Raptors squad that has struggled to box out opposing guards recently, allowing the third-most rebounds in the league to opposing backcourts since the All-Star break (6.9, per Hoops Stats).

In fact, in three previous meetings with Toronto this season, Russell's rebounding totals were five (Dec. 7), six (Jan. 11), and seven (Feb. 11).

With the Nets clinging to their playoff hopes, Russell has hit the glass more consistently, coming away with at least four rebounds in seven of his past nine and eight of his past games. It's no surprise that even juiced up to -144, this prop is rated a 10-out-of-10 in Bet Quality by our NBA Player Props tool. Ten-rated props have gone a cool 58%/40%/2% win/loss/push rate since the start of the season.

Spurs PG Derrick White

THE PICK: Under 11.5 Points (-115)

White is coming off a big game in which he poured in 23 points — more than he totaled in the previous four games combined. With his big game putting the opposition on notice, we should expect White to revert back to his usual output against a Nuggets squad that will likely give a strong effort at home after getting thoroughly embarrassed vs. Golden State last night.

The Nuggets have been particularly stingy against opposing point guards, letting up the second-fewest points (19.7) and fifth-lowest field-goal percentage (41.9%) to the position, per Hashtag Basketball.

Scoring hasn't been the Colorado product's forte in the prior meetings with his hometown team, as Denver has held him to 9.3 points in 30.9 minutes on 34.5% shooting with a high of 11 points.

White is also averaging 1.8 points per game less on the road than at home and has failed to score 12 points in 14 of his 24 road starts (58.3%), so this prop should have value up to -140. He scored 10 or fewer points in 13-of-24 (54.2%), so under 10.5 should have value up to -120 as well.

Rockets PF P.J. Tucker

THE PICK: Under 6.5 Rebounds (-115)

After Tucker came through last night by hitting the over on his points prop 7 minutes into the first quarter, I'm going back to the well, this time with the under on his rebounding prop.

The 33-year-old vet has understandably slowed down some since the All-Star break, pulling down just 5.0 rebounds in 32.6 minutes per game after posting 6.3 rebounds in 35.3 minutes pre-break. He's also averaging 0.4 rebounds less than his overall season average on the second night of back-to-backs this year.

After averaging 7.6 rebounds over a seven-game stretch from Feb. 4 to Feb. 23, Tucker has failed to pull down at least seven boards in 14-of-19 (73.7%) games since.

He failed to grab even six in 13 of those 19 (68.4%) as well, so this should have value even at a juiced-up 5.5. At Under 6.5 (-115), this prop is also rated a 10 by our props tool.

I usually throw a few more prop picks in the Action Network App throughout the night as I do more research and lineup news trickles in, so be sure to follow me there, as well.
