Ahead of college football’s Week 11 slate, here’s a look ahead at what bets The Action Network’s CFB experts Mike Calabrese and Mike Ianniello like for this week — and how they did last week.

Each week on the Big Bets on Campus podcast, Calabrese and Ianniello take over for the Wednesday “Group of 5 Deep Dive." No one covers the G5 better as the duo goes through best bets, heroes of the week, moneyline underdog parlays and the G5 Hi-Five Round Robin.

Here’s what they have this week.

Week 10 Group of 5 Recap — How Did They Do?

It was a tough week, but those will happen over the course of a season.

The best bets both involved the Army-Air Force game. Despite going to overtime, the over couldn't get there for Calabrese. Air Force rallied late to force the extra time, but couldn't take advantage and cover the 2.5-point spread.

The underdog moneyline parlay fell short as South Alabama and UL-Monroe each lost.

The G5 Hi-Five Round Robin went 1-4 with Kent State covering on Wednesday night as the only winner.

Let's bounce back in Week 11!

Week 11 Best Bets

Starting off the week, Calabrese goes to the Arkansas State and UL-Monroe total.

"Arkansas State is probably the worst defense in the country."

Need to hear anything else to bet an over?

Scoring against the bags of leaves Arkansas State puts out on defense should be easy, plus the offense should contribute to the total as well. Over 66 is the play.

Ianniello is targeting a team that may be ready to call it a season.

"Temple is an absolute quit-team for me."

Temple has been outscored 180-37  in its last four games. The best bet is Houston as a 24.5-point favorite.

Week 11 Underdog Moneyline Parlay

Calabrese starts it off by heading to the Mountain West between Utah State and San Jose State. "San Jose State has not been the same team," he said.

He's taking Utah State +165 in a game he believes should be a pick'em.

Ianiello goes back to Charlotte +200 against Louisiana Tech.

A $100 parlay would profit $695 if both plays hit.

Week 11 G5 Hi-Five Round Robin

  • UTEP -1 at North Texas
  • Hawaii -3 at UNLV
  • Marshall -200 ML vs. UAB
  • Western Kentucky Team Total over 40.5 at Rice
  • Kent State -2.5 at Central Michigan (Loss on Wednesday).
