I cannot be objective about this game.

As an Appalachian State alumnus, I can't explain to all of you how much I want App to beat UNC on Saturday afternoon.

When I attended Appalachian State in the late 1990s and early 2000s, the student body certainly loved the football team, but back then the Mountaineers were a 1-AA (now known as the FCS) program.

Sure, football was fun, but it certainly wasn't on the level that it is now in following the team's move to FBS and the Sun Belt Conference.

It's a big change for me to not only see UNC visiting Boone, N.C. for a football game, but to also see the Tar Heels as underdogs in this matchup!

Again, I cannot be objective, making this the perfect opportunity to leverage the Action Network's College Football PRO Projections.

Our football betting model takes emotion completely out of the equation, which is exactly what I need for this game.
