College football Week 12 has arrived, so it's time to take a look at the odds board and see what kind of value we can find before lines move this week.

After cashing his Week 11 early bet when UConn beat Duke outright, Action Network senior writer Collin Wilson has turned his attention to the Big 12.

Let's dive into Wilson's college football picks and NCAAF predictions for West Virginia vs. Arizona State in Week 12 below.

One of the better situational spots comes in the Big 12, as West Virginia will hit the road for the third time in five weeks in Week 12.

The Mountaineers are coming off two consecutive victories in conference play and must win their final two games to make a bowl.

Head coach Rich Rodriguez utilizes the run at one of the highest rates in FBS, manufacturing a high methodical drive rate with above-average rushing efficiency in recent wins over Houston and Colorado.

Quarterback Scotty Fox Jr. and running back Diore Hubbard will now face a rested Arizona State defense that ranks in the top 15 in Havoc created.

Meanwhile, Arizona State head coach Kenny Dillingham needed two weeks to get his roster set, as wide receiver Jordyn Tyson isn't expected to come back from injury this week.

Quarterback Sam Leavitt is also out for the season, but backup Jeff Sims carried the offense against Iowa State with 228 rushing yards and three all-purpose touchdowns.

The sixth-year senior forced seven missed tackles and logged six explosive runs against the Cyclones.

Sims is most effective when the Sun Devils line up in 12 personnel with man blocking assignments. That run concept has torched opponents with a 59% Success Rate for Arizona State.

West Virginia had no answer for BYU QB Bear Bachmeier or Utah QB Devon Dampier in designed runs, as each scored a rushing touchdown against the Mountaineers.

Pick: Arizona State -11 or Better
