Welcome to our weekly Havoc Rankings, where the volatility of offenses and defenses is graded for potential wagering.

This week, we separate out our Power Four (plus Notre Dame) teams from the Group of Five (and UConn).

The Huskies lead all G5 teams as the safest offense from a Havoc allowed perspective, while Louisiana Tech is closely followed by Memphis as the most chaotic defense outside of the Power Four.

Let's take a look at our Week 11 college football picks for Louisiana Tech vs. Delaware and Week 11 Havoc Rankings for the upcoming week.

Defensive Havoc: Louisiana Tech 4th · Delaware 106th
Havoc Allowed: Louisiana Tech 77th  · Delaware 50th

With one more victory, Louisiana Tech will be bowl eligible for a second consecutive season under head coach Sonny Cumbie.

The Bulldogs have powered the 2025 season through defense, ranking top-five in an abundance of categories.

Defensive coordinator Luke Olson fields the fourth-best Havoc defense in all of FBS, ranking second of all teams in interceptions plus pass breakups.

The Bulldogs will face Delaware and quarterback Nick Minicucci in Week 11.

The Blue Hens' signal-caller has one of the highest on-target rates nationally, per Sports Info Solutions, but will face a 3-3-5 defense that plays multiple coverages from man, Cover 1 and Cover 3.

There's no expectation for Delaware to get the ground game going, with Louisiana Tech ranked top-15 in Line Yards, Stuff Rate and opponent rush efficiency.

The Bulldogs have struggled on offense under quarterback Blake Baker but may get a reprieve in Week 11.

With a strength of schedule at 131st, Delaware fields a bottom-15 defense in pass rush, Quality Drives allowed and Finishing Drives allowed.

Action Network's Betting Power Ratings project this game above a touchdown, giving value to an early-week wager on the Bulldogs.

Pick: Louisiana Tech -5.5 or Better
