Both League Championship Series are running at once, and the BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION lines up with Brewers vs. Dodgers in NLCS Game 3. Eligible new players can get up to $1,500 back in bonus bets if their first qualifying wager does not win, and first pitch is set for 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT) Wednesday at Dodger Stadium on FS1.
Milwaukee won the first two MLB games at home and now leads the best-of-seven series 2-0. Los Angeles returns home needing a win to avoid falling into an 0-3 deficit. My preferred play is the Dodgers moneyline, with the BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION providing bonus-bet protection if the qualifying first wager on MLB odds does not win.

The BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION puts up to $1,500 of a qualifying first wager under a safety net. TANGET2 takes a different approach by spreading up to $1,000 in No Sweat Tokens across 10 days and is available in Missouri, where TOPACTION is not listed.
Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia use ACTIONGET instead. That offer requires a qualifying $10 wager to win before BetMGM issues $150 in bonus bets.
How the BetMGM Bonus Code Works
Sign up with BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION, deposit and place an eligible first wager. If the bet wins, it settles normally and no promotional refund is issued. If it does not win and satisfies the offer terms, BetMGM returns the qualifying stake in bonus bets, up to $1,500.
Those bonus bets are non-withdrawable and must be used on future wagers. The promotional stake is not returned as part of a winning bonus-bet payout, so review BetMGM's full terms for issuance timing, expiration and any qualifying-odds requirements before placing the first bet.
That structure can be useful on a playoff favorite such as Los Angeles. Traditional sports betting markets have the Dodgers laying a meaningful price at home, while TOPACTION provides a safety net if the qualifying wager falls short.
Brewers vs. Dodgers Game 3 Preview
When: Wednesday, Oct. 14, 8 p.m. ET | Where: Dodger Stadium, Los Angeles | TV: FS1 (also FOX One, FOX Deportes)
Milwaukee has taken control of the series behind pitching and timely offense. Robert Gasser gets the ball for Game 3 after going 2-0 with a 1.73 ERA across his last seven appearances, including six starts.
Behind him is a bullpen that has allowed just one earned run across 28 2/3 postseason innings. Abner Uribe has appeared in all six Milwaukee playoff games, though, so workload becomes more important as the series continues.
Los Angeles is expected to counter with Blake Snell. He owns a 2.19 ERA across five starts at Dodger Stadium this season, postseason included. The concern is command after he walked five batters in 3 2/3 innings against Atlanta in NLDS Game 2, even though he allowed only one run.
The bigger issue for Los Angeles has been the lineup. Kyle Tucker has been one of the steadier bats, while Will Smith and Shohei Ohtani have struggled through the postseason. The Dodgers have also had trouble producing with runners in scoring position, putting even more pressure on Snell and the bullpen to keep Game 3 close.
Brewers vs. Dodgers Prediction
BetMGM's Game 3 prices as of Tuesday, Oct. 13:
| Market | Brewers | Dodgers |
|---|---|---|
| Moneyline | +145 | -175 |
| Run Line | +1.5 (-155) | -1.5 (+125) |
| Total | Over 7.5 (-105) | Under 7.5 (-115) |
The total sits at 7.5 because both clubs enter with strong pitching cases. Milwaukee's bullpen has been dominant, Gasser is in form and Los Angeles has struggled to capitalize on scoring opportunities.
- Brewers vs. Dodgers prediction: Dodgers moneyline (-175 at BetMGM)
I expect a low-scoring Los Angeles win, something around Dodgers 4, Brewers 2.
Snell has pitched well at Dodger Stadium and gives the Dodgers their best chance to control the first half of the game. If he provides five or six innings, Los Angeles can shorten the night for a bullpen that should be in better shape after Tuesday's off day.
Milwaukee's pitching should keep the margin tight. Gasser has been sharp, and the Brewers' relief corps has been one of the best units in the postseason.
That is why I prefer the moneyline over laying 1.5 runs. Los Angeles does not need to win comfortably for the read to be correct.
TOPACTION also fits that approach. If the qualifying Dodgers wager wins, it settles normally. If it does not win and meets the promotion requirements, BetMGM issues the qualifying stake back in bonus bets, up to $1,500.

Conclusion
Los Angeles returns home favored in a game it needs to win, and I prefer the Dodgers moneyline at -175 behind Snell.
