The BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION is the college football betting promo I recommend most to new bettors looking to wager on marquee SEC games today, and the No. 7 Alabama vs. No. 16 Mississippi State matchup gives you a perfect entry point.
Code TOPACTION backs new accounts with a $1,500 first bet on the house which locks in that full amount the moment you register with it. If your first bet loses, your online sportsbook account gets reimbursed bonus bets, up to $1,500. Wager on Alabama-Mississippi State or any of the games on the slate today, Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026.
Breaking Down BetMGM Bonus Code TOPACTION
The $1,5000 BetMGM promo itself is simple, but the details matter in order to ensure you use it to the fullest of its capabilities. Here's what the BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION actually gives new users:
| Detail | Information |
|---|---|
| Bonus | $1,500 first bet on the house |
| Bonus code | TOPACTION |
| Minimum deposit | $10 |
| Eligibility | New BetMGM users only, aged 21 and older |
| Bonus bet expiration | Seven days from the date of being issued |
| Available states | AZ, CO, DC, IA, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, MA, MD, NC, OH, TN, VA, WY |
| Payout format | Bonus bets back equal to your stake if your first wager loses |
Note that there are two different ways BetMGM bonus bets are issued depending on how much you stake. This is a unique condition to keep in mind compared to other online sports betting offers, which makes the information below good to note now:
- Get one bonus bet back equal to your stake off a losing first bet less than $50
- Get five bonus bets back equal to 20% of your stake off a $50+ losing first bet
BetMGM Bonus Code TOPACTION Sign-Up Steps
The registration flow below took me four minutes to complete from start to finish and are verified by a fellow Action Network colleague, Nick Sterling:
- Open the BetMGM app or site and start a new account
- Enter the BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION in the promo field
- Verify your identity and confirm you're 21 or older in an eligible state
- Deposit at least $10 using a card, bank transfer, or PayPal
- Place your first bet on Alabama vs Mississippi State or any available market
- Collect bonus bets back if your opening wager loses, up to $1,500
Tip: Use the odds calculator and parlay calculator available on Action Network to preview your potential winnings and weigh the risk versus reward of your bet slip
Alternative BetMGM Promos to Consider
New users aren't locked into just one path. If the $1,500 first bet structure doesn't fit how you like to bet, BetMGM runs these alternative BetMGM bonus codes:
| BetMGM Bonus Code | Offer | States |
|---|---|---|
| TOPACTION | Get up to $1,500 Back in Bonus Bets if Your First Bet Doesn't Win! | AZ, CO, DC, IA, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, MA, MD, NC, OH, TN, VA, WY |
| TANGET2 | Get Up To $1,000 In No Sweat Tokens Over 10 Days Promotion! | AZ, CO, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MO, NC, OH, TN, VA, WY |
| ACTIONGET | Bet $10 Get $150 in Bonus Bets if You Win! | MI, NJ, PA, WV |
The $1,500 first bet on the house through code TOPACTION remains the strongest entry offer for brand new accounts, in my opinion. Additionally, opt-in to these BetMGM promotions for returning users this college football Saturday:
- Same game parlay boosts for SEC matchups each week
- Profit boost tokens for existing BetMGM customers
- Deposit match offers during specific college football weekends
- Odds boosts on player props for ranked conference games
Alabama vs Mississippi State Prediction
Alabama travels to Davis Wade Stadium for a Noon ET kickoff on ABC, and I like the Crimson Tide to control this one from the opening drive.
Alabama enters 4-0 and carries a 16-game winning streak in this series, while Mississippi State (also 4-0) hasn't beaten Alabama since 2007.
The Bulldogs lean on a loud home crowd and an improved offense under Jeff Lebby, but their pass defense has struggled against ranked competition this season, and I expect Alabama's receiving corps to exploit that major weakness.
- My Alabama vs. Mississippi State prediction: Alabama covers the spread and wins by two scores.
