MLB Betting Promos for Divisional Round: Best Welcome Offers for Guardians-White Sox (October 8)

MLB betting promos for Divisional Round games are stacked today, and numerous sportsbooks have rolled out some of their best welcome offers for Thursday, October 8, 2026.

Tonight's White Sox vs. Guardians (8 p.m. ET, TBS/truTV) ALDS Game 4 is from Rate Field is a win-or-go-home situation, with Chicago holding a 2-1 series lead after Cleveland's 9-3 win in Game 3 and looking to close out the ALDS on home turf. First pitch was bumped from its original 5 p.m. ET slot to prime time once the other ALDS series wrapped up Wednesday night.

Getting set up takes a few minutes: create an account, make your first deposit or trade, and you'll be ready to use these betting promos before first pitch. Want to load up on one game? You'll have a couple of options for your first-time bet if it loses right away and you want to collect bonuses. If you want to ride a welcome offer for 5-10 days, there are options for that too.

October baseball gets better than an elimination game, and tonight's welcome offers are a solid way to protect your bankroll as the ALDS and NLDS play out.

MLB Betting Promos for White Sox-Guardians ALDS Game 4 (Oct. 8)

MLB Betting Promos

1. Fanatics Sportsbook Promo Code ACTION26

An early miss tonight doesn't have to wreck your night. With the Fanatics Sportsbook promo code ACTION26, any losing bet of $1 or more at odds of -500 or shorter gets refunded as FanCash, up to $100 per day. You can turn that FanCash into bonus bets or redeem it for gear in the Fanatics store, so a wrong call on White Sox vs. Guardians Game 4 doesn't have to be money gone for good. With Cleveland facing elimination and Chicago trying to close out the series at home, this is one of the better offers to have in your pocket for however many games remain.

The fine print hasn't changed: you need 10 straight days of qualifying action to reach the full $1,000 ceiling, and skipping a day resets your progress back to zero.

2. BetMGM Bonus Code TOPACTION

With Cleveland facing a must-win tonight, a safety net on your first bet is worth having. The BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION gets you a $1,500 First Bet offer: deposit at least $10, place at least $10 on any market for tonight's game, and if it loses, you get the full amount back as bonus bets.

If it wins, you collect the payout like normal. With the White Sox trying to close out the series at Rate Field and the Guardians trying to force a Game 5, this is a solid way to back a number you like without the full risk if the game breaks the other way.

3. bet365 Bonus Code

4. DraftKings Promo Code

This one has the lowest buy-in on the list. Use the DraftKings promo code, bet just $5 on any market for tonight's White Sox vs. Guardians game, and you'll walk away with $150 in bonus bets no matter the outcome.

Worth knowing before you claim it: the $150 won't land as one lump sum, since it's split into six $25 tokens that you must claim separately, and they expire seven days after they're issued. The structure matters as much as the number, so don't let any of those tokens go unused.

5. FanDuel Promo Code

The FanDuel promo code is built for bettors thinking beyond just tonight. Place a $5 bet on any market each day, and FanDuel hands you a reset token good for a wager between $1 and $50. Lose that token bet, and you get the full stake back, up to $50 a day, over a five-day window.

Start the cycle tonight with Game 4, and this offer carries you through however far the series (and the rest of the postseason) goes.

6. theScore Bet Promo Code ACTNEWS

This is the second-biggest safety net on the page, and it works a lot like BetMGM's offer.

Register with theScore Bet promo code ACTNEWS, place your first wager on tonight's game, and a loss returns as bonus bets while a win pays out as usual. The app takes a bit more navigating to reach the bet slip than some competitors, but the odds on the main ALDS markets have been competitive, which matters most when you're comparing welcome offers before first pitch.

7. betPARX Promo Code TANBONUS

This is the smallest offer here, but also the least fuss. Sign up using the betPARX promo code TANBONUS, and your opening bet is covered up to $50. If it loses, you get a bonus bet back for the same amount; if it wins, you just take the payout. No daily streak to track, no bonus split up and trickling in over time.

If you just want a straightforward, low-maintenance way to get a bet down on tonight's Guardians-White Sox elimination game, this is one of the simplest options on the list.

8. Hard Rock Bet Promo Code

For many readers, this isn't a choice among several options because it's the only game in town. Hard Rock Bet operates in six states, and it's still the only legal mobile sportsbook in Florida, making it the automatic pick if you're in-state and want to bet tonight's game.

You don't need a Hard Rock Bet promo code to claim the new welcome offer, which steamrolls the previous offer. In this version, you make a $5 wager and get $500 in No Sweat Bets! If I were in a participating state, I'd take that offer immediately before it expires.

9. BetRivers Bonus Code

10. Borgata Bonus Code ACTION

New Jersey only, but a strong option if you're in that market. Register with the Borgata bonus code ACTION, place a $20 opening bet, and $100 in bonus bet credits lands in your account instantly, since there's no waiting on the final score or payout trickling in over time.

The ratio here is one of the best on this list relative to how much you have to risk upfront. Bonus bets expire after seven days, so plan how you'll use them across tonight's game and whatever comes next before you claim the offer.

MLB Prediction Market Promos

Sportsbooks aren't the only entry point for tonight's Game 4. More prediction market platforms let fans trade on the White Sox vs. Guardians outcome, and they're live in states where a regulated sportsbook simply isn't an option. Texas is the obvious example: there's no retail or online sportsbook access anywhere in the state, so for a Texan with money on tonight's game, these contract-trading platforms are effectively the only legal avenue available.

The mechanics also work differently from a standard sportsbook. Rather than laying traditional American odds, you buy and sell contracts tied to a specific outcome, and the price moves as more traders take positions on either side. That's especially handy on a night like this, when lines have swung depending on which book you check. A contract at 65 cents tells you the market's live win probability directly, without making you do any odds math first.

Before signing up, check which states still don't allow online sports betting, so you know where you stand before using a prediction market to bet on tonight's game.

1. Polymarket Promo Code ACTION

Among the prediction market options for tonight's elimination-game action, Polymarket's promo code ACTION and a $10 deposit turn into $25 in trading credit. The market for tonight's White Sox vs. Guardians game is open now, and it sits alongside longer-running markets like World Series odds, so you don't have to close your position when the final pitch is thrown. You can hold it, or build on it, as the rest of the postseason develops.

Before you fund an account, check the fine print on how that $25 actually works. Trading credit typically isn't the same as cash you can withdraw directly, so it's worth knowing the conversion terms going in.

2. Kalshi Promo Code ACTION2000

Sign up with the Kalshi promo code ACTION2000, clear $25 in qualifying trading volume, and you'll be eligible for a bonus worth up to $2,000. Contracts here can trade from one cent to 99 cents and pay out a full dollar if the outcome you backed hits.

Kalshi has tonight's White Sox vs. Guardians game open for trading, plus longer-horizon boards covering the rest of the AL and NL postseason. That live pricing doubles as a handy reality check against sportsbook lines that have moved around all series, and it's worth pulling up as a second opinion alongside whichever other welcome offer on this page you're using to bet Game 4.
