We conclude NFL Week 4 with two Monday Night Football games. Firstly, we have a battle between the New York Jets and Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla. (7:15 p.m. ET). The game will broadcast on ESPN.

The Jets and Dolphins will square off in an AFC East clash. Both teams are winless entering MNF.

Below, you can find MNF odds and my Dolphins vs Jets parlay, which includes a moneyline pick and a De'Von Achane anytime touchdown prop.

Dolphins Moneyline (-150)

We will ride with the home team in tonight's AFC East showdown.

Despite the 0-3 start, I was impressed with how the Dolphins battled against the Buffalo Bills last week. The Dolphins lost by 10 but were within a touchdown of the Bills for most of the contest — Miami ended up earning the cover against one of the best teams in the league.

Miami comes into this contest well-rested, having not played since last Thursday, which is an advantage in this game. Tua Tagovalia and the Dolphins offense found their rhythm in Week 3 against a good Buffalo Bills defense, and now they get to carry that momentum into tonight’s matchup against a bad Jets defense, which has allowed 31 points per game over the first three weeks.

Miami has also struggled on the defensive end, but I give the Dolphins' offense the advantage in what could be a shootout.

Fun fact (via our Director of Research Evan Abrams): Tua Tagovailoa is 5-0 SU and 3-2 ATS against the Jets in his NFL career (as a starter). New York has lost by an average of 14.2 PPG in these games.

De'Von Achane Anytime Touchdown (-165)

The Dolphins' star running back was held out of the end zone last week, but I expect Achane to be heavily involved in tonight’s game plan in both the running and passing game.

Achane has played in 135 of the Dolphins' offensive snaps this season, the most of any skill-position player.

New York has allowed three touchdowns to running backs (Jaylen Warren, James Cook) in each of its three games this season.

Achane enters Monday night averaging 4.9 yards per carry; he's also been targeted 23 times in the passing game, hauling in 18 of them.
