Lamar Jackson's history in the playoffs has not been good.

With the Baltimore Ravens playing their first game of the playoffs against the Houston Texans on Saturday, there are a few trends you should be aware of.

The Ravens are currently 9.5-point favorites against the Texans. And there's reason to believe that could be too many points, especially with Jackson's history in the playoffs.

The presumptive MVP has played in four playoff games in which his team is favored at home. Jackson is 1-3 in those games and 1-3 against the spread. All four of those games have gone under their total.

It hasn't just been the playoffs when Jackson has struggled as a home favorite. He is 28-10 straight-up as a favorite and 15-23 ATS. Of 220 quarterbacks over the past 20 years, he is ranked 213th ATS as a home favorite.

Jackson will also be coming into the game with 20 days of rest. When he is coming off at least 12 days of rest, he is 1-6 ATS.

But wait, there's more. Over the past three seasons, Jackson is 1-8 ATS when his team is favored by 7.5 points or more. That is the worst mark of 32 quarterbacks who have been that big of favorites.

If you like to follow the trends, there's no reason to back Jackson as a heavy favorite — especially in the playoffs.
