A salute to Kayla McBride and Kahleah Copper for going way over there point totals on Sunday.

That brings us to the following records.

Season: 37-25
Since Aug. 8: 23-8
Playoffs: 5-2

We look to keep it going on Tuesday, where the New York Liberty and Atlanta Dream are looking for sweeps, while the Washington Mystics and Dallas Wings fight to extend their season at least one more game.

Betnijah Laney Over 14.5 Points (+100)

This feels like a trap, but I don't care.

Laney has been hoopin' for the contender Liberty, and I'm not going to be scared off her over being listed at +100, even though it could very well be a set up.

Especially since I just took her over on Friday, which cashed.

A streak is a streak because it doesn't last forever, but for at least one more game, I won't care.

But Laney has gotten 15 or more points in now all but two of her last 11 games. You're giving me that at +100? In a game that could be a blowout? In a game against a team that Laney's gotten 15 or more twice this season?

Let's simplify it this way: During Laney's 11-game stretch, every time she's gotten 10 or more field goal attempts, she's hit 15 or more points. Every time she's landed at a single-digit amount of attempts, she hasn't. Coming off an 8-for-15 display, I'm expecting 10 or more, but sure, more of a sweat than Friday was, I suppose.

Arike Ogunbowale Over 2.5 3-Pointers (-128)

Ogunbowale's 3-point prop was listed at 3.5 at one point prior to Game 1, and may have even landed there.

Ogunbowale down to 2.5? I'll take it.

She went 1-for-6 from deep in Game 1 of the series, but went 10-for-23 from the field, and with the season on the line, we're expecting lots of volume in this game as well.

Additionally, she hit three or more 3s in six straight leading up to the playoffs. In each of those games, they were volume-based efforts. No night saw fewer than eight attempted threes, and on three occasions, double figures.

That said, I still couldn't fathom playing over 3.5 3s, and the potentially volume scared me from going under, so it was a stay-away.

But tonight? We'll go over 2.5. Last night, it was at -136 to go over 1.5, and I played it, knowing it'll go up. So I like this right here, not up to 3.5.
