As of fight day on Saturday, Shamil Gaziev is a -180 favorite (bet $180 to win $100) over fellow headliner and +152 underdog (bet $100 to win $152) Jairzinho Rozenstruik. That gives Gaziev an implied win probability of 64.3%.
The total for the five-round fight is set at 1.5 rounds with -182 odds for the under and +144 for the over. In other words, oddsmakers and bettors expect a rather quick fight.
UFC Vegas 87 was originally slated to take place in Saudi Arabia. However, that Saudi return was ultimately pushed back due to the summer, reportedly due to the regional partner's dissatisfaction with the depth of this weekend's fight card. Saturday's event now takes place in Vegas instead.
Elsewhere on the UFC Vegas 87 card, Vitor Petrino is a heavy -390 favorite (79.6%) over fellow light heavyweight and +310 underdog Tyson Pedro in Saturday's co-main event.
